"Only spent one night in Auxerre. This hotel has a beautiful patio/pool area during the summer. The rooms themselves are big enough and nice enough. The breakfast room is very nice and the owners are sweet and helpful. "

"This property was a real little gem of a find. The owners live on site and were there to welcome us upon arrival. They are very friendly and helpful, and although they speak little English (and we speak little French!) it was fun conversing with them. The property is quirky and about as far from a corporate hotel as you can find. There is excellent secure parking. For a true experience of genuine French hospitality, this is a great place to go!"

"Staff were super nice and helpful despite of the language barriers. I booked my stay through Expedia but my booking didn’t show up in the hotel’s system. I ended up paying around 20 bucks more than the rate i booked on Expedia. The restaurant at the hotel was closed for whatever reason and there was no other restaurant around the hotel that can be reached unless you have a car. The front desk person said that i could order food to the hotel but it really wasn’t an option for me. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean."
