The apartment was clean and quiet and had a washer AND dryer, which was great as we have been travelling for weeks and often had to dry our laundry by hanging it. "Though everything is as advertised, I would not recommend staying here, especially in the summer. A lofted bed makes nighttime bathroom runs a dangerous nuisance (you could fall, hit your head, etc.). Without air conditioning, it was nearly impossible to fall asleep and stay asleep. I would only recommend people stay here in colder months, and only if they are on the shorter side to make it easier to stand in the bed area."

"We stayed two nights at the apartment and although the location and space was nice, we were disappointed by the way it was maintained. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom, the floors were sticky and the furniture was basic and uncomfortable. We were also required to provide our credit card details to a third party service for the holding deposit which was not clear in the description and unusual. Hopefully these issues can be addressed as it was otherwise a nice apartment."

The Okko is in a great location, next to the Caserne de Bonne shopping centre and walkable to tram stops, old town and station. "Good hotel with great staff. Breakfast was good and the room was reasonable, bit worn in places but perfectly ok. Hotel has a lift but then several stairs to negotiate so with skis and bags this was a bit of a pain. Area around the hotel is ok and close to the station, it’s down a side street and about a 5 min walk from the stations so ok with luggage. "
