"A great hotel in the heart of the city, a stones throw away from the beach and a short walk to the most of the best places in the city. The room was exactly what was needed, however I did have a few issues with the AC and the over head fan, there was no rhyme or reason if and how it was going to word, sometimes the AC would would turn on, sometimes the the over head fan would turn on and sometimes neither would work. Not the best when the external temp was hitting 35+. Also one of the reason why I wanted to use this hotel over others was that it had a pool, however on arrival it wasn't made clear that the room I had booked didn't grant me pool access, which was a bit of a downer, but sea was warm enough to swim in without any issues, just had to deal with bringing sand back to the hotel every time I went for a swim. The staff were amazingly friendly, and for somebody with limited at best Spanish having somebody who could speak English was a big help. Also as far as I could see everything was disabled friendly too, Lift into lobby, then lift up to rooms. I would stay again :)"

"Breakfast was crazy, not the hotels fault but children running around while you’re trying to carry hot food & drinks really isn’t great! That was our only ‘moan’ the hotel is really lovely and we’d definitely stay again."

"My husband, daughter and I spent 5 nights here. Our apartment was a 2-bedroom with Mountain View. Very generous sized rooms, 1 en-suite and 1 separate bathroom. The place itself is very clean and tidy, situated in a quiet area and within walking distance to the Mercadona, Spar and the beach where you’ll find a variety of bars and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, cutlery etc. Overall we had a great stay, would definitely return and recommend to others."

"Lovely stay. Very clean on arrival and daily housekeeping - All staff from reception to housekeeping were very helpful and accommodating. Great sleep just needed an extra pillows which was provided on request. Rooms were quiet and spacious with great air conditioning. Fantastic location!! Walkable for various highlights and restaurants/shops and very easy tram/bus access to beautiful San Juan beach. Breakfast buffet had a fairly good variety and plenty seats. Pool was perfect - Good sun from midday."
