Our stay at Hotel Santa Maria Novella was wonderful! The staff was exceptional — especially the team at the breakfast area. They were always so welcoming, friendly, and attentive, serving with genuine smiles and making sure every guest felt cared for. Their warmth really made a difference and set such a positive tone for each day.
The rooms were a bit small, but they were very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had a classic charm that matched the elegance of the hotel. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Florence, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence!

We had a last-minute stay there due to the train strike, and it was a great evening after all… The hotel was right there in the main Square plus near the train station. The staff was lovely and they have the most beautiful rooftop patio and bar. you have to check out.
