"Es uno de los mejores hoteles pequeños que yo me he hospedado en toda mi vida pero eso lo hace especial,todo el hotel esta en perfecto estado y la limpieza es impecable,los trabajadores todos exelentes tienen un trato especial,el botones Rodolfo tecayuda en todo ,los muchachos y las muchachas de la recepción son super amables y siempre tienen una sonrisa para con los huéspedes y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar ,las muchas de la limpieza igual de exelente caracter y trato miy amable y hacen q los huéspedes como yo nos sintamos como en casa mis mejores deceos para todos ellos y siempre están dispuestos quieren conocer Pereira ,tienen q quedarse en el Zion luxury de pereira"

"The good: The villa room is very nice with exceptional privacy, everything in the room was working properly, lots of space and clean. The service is excellent. The not so good: location is remote, and it is some what high in price considering how remote it is. The food is average, again pricey, no other option unless you transport into town. Peaceful villa room with nice amenities and great service, that is the highlight of the stay. For the villa room rate, it really should be an all inclusive."

"There is really no reason to leave to eat. The food at Basto is divine. The staff are friendly and service is excellent. The Spa and staff are skilled and friendly. I loved everything about my stay. I brough binoculars to see wildlife but never needed them. I felt like snow white. The birds would come every morning and sing on my patio. "

"I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, which made getting around very convenient. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast, while good, was exactly the same every day, so adding some variety would make it much better for longer stays. Also, some of the rooms feel a bit outdated and could use a refresh. That said, the positive aspects—especially the service, location, and peaceful environment—really stood out. With a few updates, this place could easily be excellent."
