Room was pretty clean, if not a bit run down. Shower was cracked, toilet struggled to flush at times. Stayed for a week and suffered at the hands of a variety of noisy neighbors- the walls are quite thin, unfortunately. Staff was friendly, there were plenty of amenities and easily accessible parking. We have stayed several times at this location. The restaurant is convient, a good value and the staff often stays late to accommodate later diners. Front desk staff are helpful and always cheerful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and we do not often hear other guests. We apprentice the hospitality.

The front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. The hot tub was out if order. We were looking forward to soaking. The water in our room was very cloudy and smelled of chlorine. Had to use bottled water to make our coffee and brush our teeth. When we tried to open the refrigerator it actually pulled right out of the cabinet! Not secured at all and very unsafe. The property is nice but very outdated. Probably would not stay again.

Awesome stay!!

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel!! From the fast and friendly check in, a comfortable room, a great pool and whirlpool (both at nice temperatures), the bar (free drink coupon), the amazing Benvenutos Restaurant (Lasagna was amazing!), to the range of choices at the breakfast buffet...just a wonderful stay!!

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the convenience this hotel offered. We enjoyed the hot tub, ate at the restaurant on site a few times and never had issues. Friendly staff! Kid and pet friendly facility! Will be back again next time we are in the area.
