Tyran and Mark Daniel were exceptional with exhibitions of outstanding customer service: The rooms were nice and room service was an added benefit. The food selection was great. The check out check in process was fairly smooth. But, releasing the hold on credit cards afterwards can be quicker . I am still waiting a week later. The pool party and the ocean view was amazing. The views over the surroundings stretchibg towards Rodney bay are wonderful. 10 minutes drive to Rodney bay with abundance of shopping area, convenience stores, 12 minutes to Gros Islet for the Friday Street Party. Car is recomended to take full advantage. Host very attentive, responsive and making us feel very welcome. Warmly recomended."
