Folsom Old Town Escape II - King Bed, A/C, Laundry, Trails, walk to Sutter St
10/10 Excellent
"This property met all our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. Everything had been remodeled not too long ago and was very well kept. The kitchen had all the amenities and very nice appliances. The bathroom was a nice size with a cabinet around the sink, something I like. The air conditioner worked really well in 100 degree weather..We would absolutely stay here again."
"The home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with trees and flowering bushes about. Upon entering the home, one was struck by its simple elegance. We've stayed at many rented homes and this one by far had the best kitchen ware, which made cooking for our family a dream! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms (with full baths) were gorgeous! Thank you, it was a lovely stay!"
"Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. "

The Alley House - Historic District Garden Bungalow
10/10 Excellent
"This is an extremely clean, tastefully decorated, beautiful little home in a very quiet neighborhood located within a 5 minute walk of Old Town Folsom, the Johnny Cash Trail and the light rail that you can ride to Sacramento to attend a Kings game, attend a concert or just wander around and explore without having to worry about driving. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. You also have a beautiful little yard to sit in and bird watch, enjoy the plants and flowers, have a picnic or just sit and relax in the peace and quiet. I highly recommended this property."
Cozy 5BR Ranch Home with Hot Tub in Quiet Folsom Neighborhood
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable and the location was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again! One thing...I would recommend cleaning out your dryer's lint trap once in a while. We removed a lint ball that was literally the size of a football! That could be dangerous as it is a serious fire hazard and could cost you your home."
