"Beautiful home and wonderful hosts. Guests should be aware that the home is near a very busy road that produces quite a bit of road noise. We slept with a fan sound app to mitigate that. The home is near the lake and trails but you’ll still need to drive to them (about 5 min) so you aren’t walking along that busy road mentioned earlier. Close to Old Folsom which has great restaurants and cute shops. The home more-than met our needs, but next time we will probably choose a quieter area. "

"This was the perfectly equipped stay in Old Town. Communication with the host was super simple and timely. Check in and out were smooth and the very clean accommodations met our needs. The location is perfect for restaurants and walking trails. We’re regulars in Folsom and so glad we discovered this gem. We’ll definitely check availability for next time we’re in town! "

"This home is amazing. The host was wonderful. I wish it was possible to rank higher than 5 stars. My family and I stay in a lot of VRBOs and this one blows others out of the water. The home is comfortable, beautifully decorated, walking distance to downtown, and the host was communicative and lovely. Highly recommend. "

"Adorable place! It was perfect for the family including our two fur babies. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of restaurants and shopping areas. Kitchen was stocked with plenty and we easily cooked dinner. Comfortable beds and couch and great water pressure in the shower. We will definitely come back! Thanks for the home away from home. "

"Great space and location. Super clean, great amenities (although we didnt use a lot of them).Exterior lights were adorable. But perhaps they could be turned off by 11 PM or so - despite the thick curtains, the changing lights still shined thru into our room, making it difficult to sleep at times."

"We weren’t able to use the pool because it wasn’t in great condition but everything else was better than we expected! It was perfect for our family. SUPER close to everything, great food choices nearby, target and Walmart, park for the kids. We had a great time!"

"The process of checking in was simple. She communicated everything we needed to know through the VRBO app and even provided a very helpful guide link for the residence and the surrounding area. The room was very clean and the perfect size for what we needed. We loved the hot tub and backyard. We highly recommend!"
