"I am so grateful for the kindness offered as a result of the passing of our beloved pet during our stay. "

"Great hotel and overall perfect for my needs. I really liked the daily breakfast, and as a vegan, the oatmeal offered every morning was exactly what I needed. The location was convenient, my room was comfortable, and the stay met most of my expectations. The only downside was the inconsistency among some staff members. A few were unfriendly, and I received conflicting information during my stay. One night, I received multiple calls around 2 a.m. about a parking issue, including a threat to tow my car — even though we had already paid for parking. Being woken up at that hour for something that was already resolved was extremely frustrating. Aside from that incident, the hotel itself was great, but the communication from certain staff members definitely needs improvement."

"It’s just big and a little confusing if you try to get into one of the six towers from the outside. Room was ok. Lobby was beautiful. Comfy bed. Had a great trip. "

"This wa the worst place I ever stayed . Dirty from parking lot all the way to the room. I asked for nonsmoking And the place smelled so bad the linen all smells like smoke . there’s no security gate and there’s a lot of people walking around . The breakfast was bad we arrived at 8:30 and it was empty the coffee was out there’s no Tea . The lady didn’t refill anything and she was having a loud conversation on her earphone . So rude . We were the last people there so I took the syrup bottle to our table and she just came a grabbed it without asking or acknowledging if we were done . She disconnected the juice machine and we couldn’t even get water . We travel a lot and we never experienced a best western like this before . I want a full refund"
