"It was my husband birthday and we always wanted to stay there because of the location and the restaurant and bars that it’s surrounded by but my room I booked I mold so they accommodate us to another room but my stay was everything and the restaurant/bar down stairs called Pinky’s is really good and has really good food and drinks "

"Charming and well equipped cottage, right on the river and very walkable to the Folly Beach downtown and all of the excellent bars and restaurants. 2br/2ba Kings Tide cottage was a pleasure to stay at, cozy and comfortable. Would definitely return!"

"Super clean and close enough to the beach and activity of center street but far enough away so that it was very quiet. Very peaceful deck despite some noise from cars traveling the road next to the property. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The location was perfect for us and the price was too. Just steps to the beach. The house is older but has had a lot of nice updates. It was convenient having beach chairs and beach towels too. It was about a mile walk to the Main Street but we enjoyed the walk several times during our stay. We would stay here again! "
