Handicap Friendly Pets Allowed Beach House - Ocean Across the Street with Elevator!

A *PET FRIENDLY* fully furnished, Folly Beach vacation home that's close to everything on the beach! Ocean is directly across the street - convenient access. Only 2 blocks to Folly Beach's shops, restaurants and pier. The home was specifically designed for your vacation with a vaulted great room, elevator, friendly kitchen and 4 sets of French doors spanning the front of home to maximize the view. Large front covered porch with hammock, BBQ & patio furniture. Sundeck for private sunbathing.

This elevated home has a large fenced back yard that is perfect for pets. (Our Great Dane and his playmate visit in the off season and they love it!).


Why this home over others at Folly Beach?: This home was specifically designed for your vacation! The owner chose the lot and house plan with your family in mind. It's on the West side of Folly Beach where there's less traffic and noise, but only 2 1/2 blocks - easy walking distance - to the restaurants, shops, pier, etc., on Center Street. The home is 2nd row with direct access to the beach. We are PET FRIENDLY and have an ELEVATOR (great for easy unpacking and settling in after a long trip - or for any guest not able to climb stairs) and a fenced in back yard. The home is also great for anyone using a wheel chair, with extra wide doors to one master bedroom, bathroom and shower. And , unlike front beach and most 2nd row homes on Folly, this home has wonderful parking. There is room for 3 cars under the home and room for 5 more cars on the driveways. Also unusual for a Folly vacation rental is the fenced in back yard. It's shaded by the house - a great place for everyone to relax out of direct sunlight.

Sunbathing with sun burnt friends? You'll love our combination sun deck and covered porch. It's large enough to spread out and get just the right tan. And the trees surrounding it add some nice privacy from nearby homes. For guests who had a little too much sun, the covered part of the deck provides welcome relief. Hang out on the patio furniture or in the hammock and recuperate without missing any of the conversation!

Another wonderful stay!

This was my family’s second time booking this house. It works perfect for our group of six - everyone gets their own corner of the house with a great common area. And the porch can not be beat! You’re just across the street from the beach and a short walk to Center. Can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous House

This was our second time staying at the property and I know we'll be back. The elevator is invaluable for our older family members who have issues with stairs, the fact that the property allows for dogs is amazing, and the location is great. Thank you for another great trip to Folly!

Lovely Folly Stay

This home was perfect for a long weekend at Folly. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen very well-equipped, and the beach was only steps away. We had a wonderful time!

Great location to enjoy Folly Beach

The house is conveniently located near the beach (right across the street) and to downtown (an easy 3 block walk). Its bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had ample cookware and space. Our family of 6 had plenty of room though if you need the bunk beds in the loft, there’s no way to restrict light or sound for that area.

Another awesome stay at Folly Beach

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as our last visit. We stayed a few days more this time and still hated to leave after 9 days. This is a perfect place to stay if you have dogs. Great fenced in yard for them to play in and easy walk to beach access across the street. Dogs loved daily beach walks as much as we did. Will be planning to return again next year.

Friends Getaway

House was very comfortable for our party of 8. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the large front porch. The beach access and proximity to restaurants, bars and shops was the perfect walking distance.

Great stay!

This is a great house for a stay with family from multiple generations. We had two who have difficulty with stairs, and the elevator was just fabulous. For the able-bodied, it’s a pleasant walk to the Lost Dog Cafe and Center The house was clean, well-equipped and cheery. Would definitely stay again.

The house worked out great for our family of eight. The two grandkids enjoyed the loft. Not far from the wedding venue, and in walking distance to Center Street close to shops and restaurants. The drive-through driveway is really helpful as Ashley Street can be busy.

Fantastic

LOVED the house and the Folly Beach area. This was our first visit to the area and enjoyed it immensely. The elevator was a blessing with two grandmas who joined us for Thanksgiving. The layout of the home was great, too, along with allowing pets at no additional charge/fees. Our daughter’s French Bulldog came over a few times for a visit and enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Would love to stay here again.

Best beach vacation house ever

I had an amazing stay at the beach house. Everything was so close, and the beach was right across the street! My kids had so much fun playing games and reading. They did not want to leave. We will need to come back again, for sure. A bonus is that we got to stay over Super Bowl weekend and watch our team win. The water was always warm, and there was a cute little backyard. The elevator was really convenient, too. It was a great place for a family reunion. Thanks so much for everything!

Great two weeks!

We enjoyed another stay at this beach house. This year we stayed two weeks and it was wonderful. The house is located very close to the beach access which makes go to and coming back very convenient. The house is fairly equipped with everything you’ll need. Elevator is a bonus! Check I /out is very clear and quick. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you!!

308 West Ashley Folly Beach

Loved this property! The location was fantastic with the pier, restaurants and beach within easy walking distance. The deck on the front was spacious yet offered a lot of privacy. The layout of the house made it easy to accommodate 4 couples and worked well for our friend in a motorized wheelchair with the elevator, accessibility to the outside deck, doorways and wheel-in shower. Everything was in order and a well-equipped kitchen. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Will stay here again!

Best Vacation!!!

We had an amazing time and found the house to be absolutely perfect for our needs. Loved the layout and the yard for the dogs. Everyone enjoyed the deck, including the dogs. Close to the beach and very quiet. The elevator came in very handy for unloading and for bringing dogs down for their walks on the beach. All of us were sad to leave, but definitely plan to return again next year. We wanted a low key relaxing time and this totally fit the bill.

Folly never disappoints!

The house is exactly as described and pictured- a super nice layout, very clean and well appointed. Wicked close to the beach and to downtown Folly. Our favorite feature was the front porch/ deck among the trees! Another highlight- Destiny from Serenity Tree Yoga came to the house and taught a private group yoga class in the backyard. Highly recommended!

Beautiful stay in Folly Beach

This property was the perfect place for our family. We were in town visiting friends and 6 adults stayed in the home. It could easily accommodate much more. It was clean and had just about everything we would need. The elevator was very convenient. We originally booked this home since it is handicap friendly for my grandmother, but she did not end up coming on the trip. It would have been perfect for her though! We would definitely stay here again.
