Folly River and Ocean Views~ House By the Sea

  • One of Folly's Best, House by the Sea is the peaceful escape you've been looking for! This home has everything you need for a memorable stay; with an expansive side deck, a serene screened-in porch, a propane grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy easy beach days with direct access just across the street. The large sun deck has views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Folly River.

    Inside the house, you will find a kitchen equipped with all the items you will need to make a quality meal. Dine in or alfresco, overlooking the Folly marsh. There are three bedrooms featuring a king bed and two queen beds for your whole crew to have sweet dreams. Amenities include WIFI, Smart TVs, and washer/dryer for a comfortable stay.

    House By the Sea allows only 1 dog, with a max weight limit of up to 20 lbs. (Pre-approval is required, and fees apply-please don't hesitate to contact us directly for additional information) The rental includes 3 onsite parking spaces. Grill use: propane and cleaning responsibility of the guest.
