Girls trip

We had a group of five women, and overall, this house was great! It was very clean, the front porch is so nice, and there were tons of extra towels, blankets, toiletries. There was enough space for all of us to have our own beds. The backyard looked lovely (although it was rainy for our trip), and it's a very short walk to the beach. 4 out of 5 stars only because many of the outlets need to be replaced, as they are very loose, and while the flooring appeared to be new, there are definitely some issues with the subfloors. An inspection was scheduled during our stay, but the host was VERY good at communicating with me and working with our group. Overall, I would recommend this property and would visit again.

The house was very clean. It had plenty of space and a large family size dining table. Plenty of sleeping room for a big family. However, there are major issues with the subflooring. Every step is a soft spot. When we arrived the temperature in the house was at 80 even though the thermostat was set to 70. The house did eventually cool down to 74 by morning. By 11:00 a.m. the temperature began to rise and settled at 78. But a hot house on a 95 day and what felt like 100% humidity is not comfortable. We closed every blind including the door to the loft upstairs which has no AC at all. Believe it or not the sunroom in the front was actually cooler than the house itself because of the closed indoor space. There are a few portable air conditioners and oscillating fans around the house. They did help with the comfort of sleeping at night but by no means did they help during the day. I reached out to the host by leaving a voice message and a text message and not once did I receive a reply. The backyard is very nice however it msostly sand and very little grass. When we arrived, the couches were full of sand. Very disappointed
