- The ground floor boasts a double garage & elevator landing. The first floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bath & a master bedroom with private bath and a porch with ocean views.
The second floor has an open and spacious kitchen, dining & living area. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, 42" stainless gas oven with cook top, & more. The dining room & living area open to an expansive porch with wonderful ocean views! There are wide plank hickory floors throughout & a gas fireplace. There's also a large bedroom with a private bath on the second floor.
The entire 3rd floor is a huge master suite with a seating area, dining nook and kitchenette. This master includes a private bath with walk in shower & soaking tub. There’s even a private deck with ocean views.
