About this property

Beach is 50 steps away and you have PRIVATE beach access and wonderful views

  • This is a wonderful vacation home with great beach access! Enjoy the large deck with a view of the ocean. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1650 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen will be easy to enjoy your vacation. Folly beach has many shops, restaurants and bars on Center St that you can enjoy with your family. There are also rental companies on Folly Beach that you can rent bikes, kayaks, golf carts and more to fully enjoy all Folly Beach as to offer!

    Note:
    1. With the interest of full disclosure. This house is on a double lot. There is a 4 story house on the same lot obstructing some of the ocean views. The house has been priced with this in mind. That being said, you have great views of the ocean and a 25 yard walk to the beach. You are getting a front beach house at a 2nd row price. No crossing the street and a nice boardwalk to the beach.
    2. The house is not perfect. We get hit with severe weather (hurricanes, corrosion from the salt air, etc.) We work hard to keep it up, but it's not always perfect. If perfect is what you want, then please rent a hotel room.
