Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone.

What a beautiful hotel! Very modern, very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Loads of spacious parking which is a huge plus. Right on the outskirts of the historic centre which is an easy walk. Spectacular drive to the hotel and then from the hotel over the mountains to Coimbre. Views were absolutely amazing. The hotel is fantastic. Loved every minute of our experience there.
