"They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them."

"First off excellent value,quite easy to find.Pleasant reception staff.Only downside is these budget hotels always seem to attract noisy disrespectful guests and so unfortunately we were woken up several times during the night by inconsiderate guests "
