This hotel has a great location with excellent transportation option right out the front door. Less than 5 minutes to the airport and about 20 minutes to downtown. Also walkable to nice restaurants. Very professional front desk staff. Housekeeping was not exactly top notch. They did not replenish product that we were clearly out of and one day they left our dirty towels on the floor and did not give us clean ones. Also quality of towels is poor : thin and stiff.

Lovely city centre hotel. Room was cosy but comfortable with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Very central - easy access to public transport. Staff were very helpful - giving us ideas of places to visit including Killesberg park and the Jazz Open events. Excellent buffet breakfast too.

Zimmer war erst 15 Uhr, nicht wie angegeben 14 Uhr fertig. Sauna ist winzig, obwohl die ganze Etage dafür gedacht ist. Fitnessstudio hat eine tolle Aussicht. Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich für 4 Sterne. Wenig Auswahl.
