    "Despite some of the other negative reviews we read about staff being rude and dismissive, we did not encounter any of that. From check in to check out, everyone was very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean with great views and housekeeping made sure we always had fresh towels and our trash was taken out every day. Beware however there are no microwaves so don’t plan on being able to eat leftovers (or make popcorn or mac n cheese if you have little kids lol). Cannot beat the location..."
