Came to town for the Friday Night Jamboree. Really nice stay at the property; they had everything our family of 4 needed. Easy walk to shops and dining. Bottle of wine was a nice touch.

If you love Floyd then you will love this place and how convenient it is to everything. The place was very clean and I loved how it was decorated. Definitely a very cozy place.

Great place, great location & had everything we needed!

We loved this wonderful upstairs apartment down a hill from the action in downtown Floyd. It was so well stocked and the owners have it set up just like I would do it with everything you need for a cup of coffee to a full meal.

Clean, Nice condo near it all

Great spot to stay and take in Floyd, VA. Walk to cute downtown including the Floyd Country Store. Lots of hiking and the blue ridge parkway are close as well. Great spot!

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was close to town and a grocery store. Very clean with all we needed, and more, for a few days away! Host very responsive if needed.

Good Choice

We weren’t sure what to expect when we saw the abandoned sewing factory next door. The rental ended up being very cute and clean. It was also very conveniently located to the main attractions of the town. We felt safe in the area and it was quiet at night.

Stayed one night on a multi state trip so we could visit Floyd and attend Fright Night Jamboree at Floyd Country Store. Overall, positive experience at this property. One note, deck steps up to 2nd floor may be a bit tricky for some.

Everything lived up to the description and photographs. We were all very comfortable as the apartment is spacious. We were gone most of the day so primarily used the rental for sleeping and some evening relaxation. Absolutely recommend this location.

What a lovely modern clean space! The open concept for cooking and gathering with family was perfect. It is very near (5 min walk) to the heart of Floyd shopping and dining. The owner/manager was super easy to get a hold of and checking in and out was simple. We will definitely try and rent it again!

Girls Weekend

Our stay in Unit C at Golden Maple was great! This 2-bedroom apartment is very attractive, comfortable and well-appointed. It was so easy to enjoy the flavor of Floyd because of the very close location to town. We were also able to play games on the dining table and relax with a glass of wine in the comfort of the living room. It truly felt like home. Thanks Shalene...we will be back!

Living on Floyd Time

Location is within walking distance to Floyd Country Store and local shops. We enjoyed live music in the park on Thursday and then the Friday Night Jamboree. Had a blast with local musicians who encouraged us to sing along to "Take Me Home Country Roads" and "Garden Party". Apartment was very clean and well decorated, felt very homey. Bathroom is fully stocked in case you forget Anything. Bottle of wine was a nice surprise and very good, too. Overall very quiet and relaxing environment.

Great space!

We enjoyed the location and amenities of this cute apartment. Perfect walking distance to everything in Floyd. We did arrive late Friday night and it’s not well lit outside so it was hard to find our specific apartment. Maybe there should be a light above the sign for Room C.

Loved it!!!

Very clean and plenty of space!!! It had items that I’m not used to seeing in rentals! Oatmeal, waters, spices and sugar options, etc. The master bedroom door wouldn’t lock and the porch and steps are super slippery! However, we loved it!! Would definitely rent there again! She even let us have a early check-in!! Thanks for the hospitality!!

When we checked in, we discovered that there was no power to the microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. I reported it to the host who told me to check the circuit breaker box. We did that with no luck. Told the host there was still no power to half of the kitchen and got no response. Very disappointing as the apartment was cute but…….,.

Perfect and cozy nugget

This apartment is just off a block from the center of Floyd. It's an apartment in pretty high stairs so not for those with physical difficulty in climbing stairs. Beautiful apartment. VERY CLEAN! Owner was very easy to reach and also was in top of things like weather, leaving salt, shovels, space heaters when the weather turned. We had everything we need in kitchen to make coffee and breakfast. We have family whose homes we went to for other meals. There is A LOT of white. Sofia, area rug, bedding so probably not great to being in younger kids or any messy people. We kept our little grandkids AWAY out if respect for the property. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay.
