AC was okay. The room and overall hotel was "weathered," i.e., sorely in need of a renovation - just a very outdated hotel. On the other hand, the staff were extremely friendly to a T. Also, the breakfast, coffee, were quite good. In other words, personnel did an excellent job, while the physical presence of the hotel left much, very much, to be desired...

I did not stay because I requested a handicap accessible room and there was not one available. The hotel was also difficult to find because there was absolutely NO NAME ON THE BUILDG AT ALL!!! That was very weird. I did not stay because they could not accommodate our needs. They said I had to cancel thru Expedia. I bought insurance in case things went wrong & they did. I found a different hotel that could accommodate my husband who uses a wheel

All staff were exceptional except your gm...doug. He can definitely use customer service training of any sort. If he could borrow some smiles amd kindness from his staff that would help him out. Does he always look and act miserable? Is he always this unhappy? That's not healthy nor presents good "Customer Service"... kudos to the rest of the staff!!! Great customer service goes a long way....you just never know who is present and watching...
