"We loved the location of this site. It is so close to so many parts of manitiou Springs. We also really loved the staff. There was construction going on while we were there, but the staff worked really hard to help us work around that. The only complaint I would’ve had is that the HVAC system seem to turn on quite a bit during the night, and I was unable to turn it off. Otherwise, I would stay here again."

"When we got to the hotel room the bed had stains on it. The tub has an air bubble in the floor. We were gone for a day we stayed for 4 nights they went into room to “clean” all they did was take my snacks and replace the trash there was trash that wasn’t on the floor then on the floor and they went through our bags my wife is diabetic and can’t be missing her medication. They then denied going through our bags and left the room a mess replacing the bedding we were already using with bedding that had green stains on them. They were rude during check out having an attitude the whole time."

"DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t expect a fast check in even if it’s pre paid for. the staff take extra long hoping the line thins. Then if you don’t have physical copies of i.d they accuse you of credit card fraud but first you have to wait 4 hours in orders to get that far. Then when you have, say your parents, try and buy you a room they just deny service completely. then walk away. we never said or did anything disrespectful until we were disrespected. Waiting in the lobby for 4 hours I can tell you don’t try and do anything in person or over the phone they will not help you they lie and say they have a line out the door when it was just me and another couple. They disappear for 30 min at a time and wait for the lobby to fill. then takes there time a minimum of 40 min per person and this was the manager so if that’s policy for her I can only imagine the other employees.if you look on google and see the reviews you’ll see why you should stay far away from this place. I never got a room or help the manager asked me if I had a solution. instead of telling me I could refund still since I was 45 min early she lied and said the link would work that she sent to me 2 times and my girlfriend 1 time and then it took 4 hours so my time to refund had expired I got robbed and they do it a lot. DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least."

"Great stay! It’s very unassuming Marriott in an industrial area but once inside the decor is beautiful. The pool is great and they are beautiful walking biking hiking trails right behind the pool. There are also outdoor games accessible for Guests. The staff was also very accommodating and kind. There’s a restaurant bar on site also, so you don’t have to leave the area if you need food. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing very much like a buffet at any budget hotel. The location at this hotel is also in a great spot less than 30 minutes away from so many beautiful things to see, and easily access accessible Uber rides. And, if you’re into Trader Joe’s, it’s a six minute Uber right away! I highly recommend this property, it was a nice surprise!!"
