"Stayed in an ocean front king suite. Excellent views, floor to ceiling windows and 2 balconies. 4 seats around a table and 4 at the kitchen bar. Elevators were fast for 27 floors of rooms. The service at the bar and cafe was chaotic and they struggled to keep up with the demand as well as keeping track of the bills. I’m hoping it’s just because they were short staffed. They tried to rectify our issues, so I won’t hold it against them stat-wise but it was chaotic all 3 days we were there. (Not just a 1x situation). We will definitely be back again because of the cleanliness of the rooms, the views, the elegance of the property."

"The room was nice but the hotel grounds need a lot of maintenance and upkeep (stairs, decks, outdoor railings, tiki bar leave a lot to be desired). Lots of smoking on the property. Direct access & view of the ocean, Two outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub are a bonus. Highlights were front desk staff and daily home made donuts! "

"The only good thing about this place is it's location. Beds are hard rooms are tired. It's over priced & price gouged because of its location. The 1st month of its opening I stayed here it was wonderful now it's horrible."

"Kind of a gross moment in the hallway going to the room that was due to another guest. Facility and staff were very good and helpful. "

"Staff was friendly but owner parked their car out front and blocked the check in area every day. Even told staff it was not right to use that space for the owner. "

"Breakfast was great and plenty of choice and nice food. Could not get a tea kettle though in the room so difficult for drinks if you can’t drink caffeine like me. Had to also ask for coffee machine as shown in the hotels pictures of the rooms as they have now removed them all. Coffee machines are in reception only with a hot water dispenser which regularly rubs out of water!!! The room as ok but ALOT of noise from the road right out side the room and AC very loud both things made sleep difficult!! Would not stay again unfortunately. "
