"The room was in need of repair. It was very rundown but the property was at the marina and the views were just beautiful. The staff was very pleasant. We had a wonderful stay despite the condition of the room "

The balcony was a great add on and made for spending pleasant, relaxing time overlooking the water. The staff were very welcoming, efficient, and accommodating, as they responded promptly to requests. I would highly recommend, because outside of somewhat weak water pressure, this place was great.,"

"We only stayed one night before heading to Islamorada for our longer stay. Room was clean but very motel feeling. Bathroom was clean but very small and needed an upgrade. Got back from dinner around 7:45 and Tiki bar was closed( should be open till 9) I know for the price it was ok but wouldn’t stay again. "

"We didn't use the pool or TV. The lanai was wonderful, screened against bugs. The kitchenette was well stocked and clean. Location was great and price was very reasonable. The only issue we had was a bathroom sink drain that we couldn't open. But we had the kitchen sink to use, so that wasn't a big problem. We would definitely stay here again."
