"I would rate the property of three star. It could be better. The one thing I didn’t notice on my first Barr bill when I walked in as they automatically give you on the bill at 18% tip, but you don’t realize drinks are pretty expensive all over Key West but when you have $100 bill you don’t know there’s 18% included than you tip on top of that I think they should say something but they don’t so that was a problem for me. The rooms are clean but they could use a makeover and I also was told by $50 per night charge was included when it wasn’t so when I checked out, I had an extra $200 bill for Hotel fees, but we don’t know what Hotel fees are"

"There is no drinking water. Guest have to walk a long way from the room to the office. There is no continental breakfast as posted. They had a grab and go packet which was offered to guest upon request at the hotel office. This hotel is over hyped and is no where closer to the 8.2 rating. That rating is deceiving. On the scale of 10 I would put this hotel at 5."

"After our stay we received a bill for $634.00 for various charges like parking (we did not have a car). Amenities fee for each day. When we booked through Expedia we thought our stay was all inclusive. Please send us what was and was not inclusive. Thanks, Larry White"

"Pool atmosphere and Mojitos Bar were pleasant. Employees were kind to assist throughout the resort! Shuttle dude, Mario, very friendly and well -versed about the Keys! "
