"Disappointing and Disrespectful Experience from the store employee. We booked the Villas for Mother’s Day to make it special for our moms, but the experience was ruined by a very disrespectful interaction. At the hotel store, a cashier aggressively yelled at my mom for touching a cinnamon roll, assuming we wouldn’t pay. She was humiliated and left in tears.
Even after speaking with the manager, the employee never apologized and remained defiant. This behavior is unacceptable and not what you expect from a Marriott Autograph Collection property. Very disappointing. While this experience was very negative, I want to highlight that other team members were friendly and attentive, and showed the level of service expected from this brand.
