"Cute, quaint property that was very clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the a/c kept the room like an icebox lol. We had a water view room and it was perfect to sit in the provided chairs with cocktails and fish."

"We got a last minute room reservation for the night here. The staff was so kind, very busy and over worked but maintained a very professional helpful attitude. The room was ok, nothing fancy. Bathroom lay out was weird and the a/c leaked water all over the floor. The pool was very dirty so we opted for the ocean for our morning swim. Beautiful waterfront dock area. Free coffee in the lobby. Fine for a one night stay, what made it better was a hard working staff of 2 or 3 women I saw."

"We had a wonderful stay and were thoroughly impressed with the property from start to finish. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with a bed that made it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The amenities truly set this resort apart. We enjoyed having access to kayaking, snorkeling, and fishing, all conveniently available on-site. The pool area was beautifully maintained, with comfortable cabana-style seating that created a relaxing atmosphere. The beach was equally impressive, offering plenty of shaded spots to unwind and some truly breathtaking sunsets each evening. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Our teens were excited to use activities and games available, making it easy for everyone to stay entertained. The entire property was meticulously maintained, and it was clear that great care is taken to keep the grounds looking beautiful. We also appreciated the convenient parking located directly behind the building and the on-site restaurant, which made dining easy with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the coffee. Everything else exceeded expectations, but a better cup of coffee would make the experience absolutely perfect! Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return and recommend this resort to others looking for a relaxing, well-maintained getaway."

"I have mixed reviews. The staff was very helpful, especially the lobby bartender, Marcus. The grounds and the pool area are very nicely maintained. The location is very close to Bud and Mary's marina, where my husband booked a half day fishing charter. Also, very close to the Midway Cafe- excellent coffee and key lime pie! My main complaint would be the rooms. They definitely need some upgrades. Our room smelled musty and the hallway did also. Mildew stains on the patio curtains. Also, this facility allows dogs, so be aware of that. Our next door neighbors had a large dog that started barking in the middle of the night for ten minutes straight and my husband had to go bang on their door to get it to stop. Overall, a good, but not awesome stay for us."
