Très joli établissement, face au lac. 3 terrasses communes, dont 2 abritées du soleil et fraîches vu la température ambiante. Coucher de soleil magnifique... Eau fraîche, eau chaude et café soluble à disposition... Personnel aimable. Propreté impeccable. Tri des déchets.

I arrived to my room and it had a strong smell of some chemical. I wasn't sure what it is and didn't make a big deal out of it. Then when I was about to sleep I opened the wrapped curtain and waited for me a giant spider there. I asked the guy at the reception to get rid of it. He came with a bug repellent and handled the situation. Then I realized that the smell at the room was from the bug repellent. Okay, he killed the spider and I thought now I could go to sleep peacefully. I lifted up the blanket and saw some bed bugs on the bed sheet. I killed few and then realized it would not be possible to deal with it, so I asked to move room. At least they agreed to it without any problem... But you realize that probably the room smelled from the bug repellent since they knew about the spider or the bed bugs and still they gave me this room? Then the other room was clean without bed bugs, but at sunrise I woke up from a lot of noise from works at the street... Luckily I booked just one night and could move to another place at the day after. Besides from that the internet speed there was awful and there wasn't hot water at the showers.

Very nice place, great service and central located

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel La Union. The two brothers who run the place were very helpful and kind. They helped us with booking of tours, checkin 7 AM (5 hours before we the standard time) and for a very fair price we could use the room after check out time and until our night bus was departing. The room was clean and had a big fan in the ceiling. We can only recommend this place to travellers visiting Flores and of cause Tikal.

Very close to the shops and restaurants. Easily walkable. Great location and value. Very noisy,even with all the windows closed (not recommended since the breeze is required)

Malisimo hotel, llame para confirmar la reserva y me dijeron que ellos no trabajaban con reservaciones de Orbitz por lo tanto no les aparecia en el sistema de ellos y al presentarnos al hotel el día del check in nos dicen que el hotel no tiene espacios disponibles, nunca habia tenido problemas al reservar en Orbitz, de aquí en adelante dudo mucho que vuelvo a utilizar este sitio para reservar.
