Home away from home
The house has everything one could need while on vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were sooo soft. We bbq’d and cooked and they had anything and everything you could need. Overly stocked I was really shocked at how the house even had spices. and bbq runs. We had a family reunion at the house and it is very spacious and the pool was great. Stephanie and Karl were available for any questions we had so overall a great time. I Highly recommend the house

a REAL “Gem”
This property was exceptional and we have stayed at a lot of vrbo properties. So clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed or wanted was there. Loved the backyard too with pool. would definitely stay there again.

Karl and Stephanie are great hosts! They made sure everything was 5 star and were available when we had questions. The house is spacious and comfortable. The back yard has wonderful sunshine. We are from a colder climate and spent many hours in the backyard, in the pool and enjoying using the smoker. The property is set in a quiet ‘town’, with great walking paths and activities…if you can leave the amazing house and backyard! The town of Florence is close by with great options for dining. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next winter!

Home away from home
My team was in the area for a work project. This house allowed them to all stay together and be able to relax comfortably like being at home. Communication was top notch and questions were answered quickly. The pool was a big hit with the heat as my team works outdoors. Highly suggest booking this location if you are in the area.

Wonderful Property
This place is great! The house is huge, with guest rooms on one end and master on the other. Back yard perfect if you have a dog as its fenced in, pool is fantastic, everything was as advertised. The few minor issues we had were addressed right away by the owners. We would definitely rent again.

Fantastic for families or large groups
This house really did have everything. You can tell that it is an actual functioning house because it had all of the little things you expect to see in a house while not making you feel like you’re invading someone else’s space. It was wonderful for all of us to stay here for an extended weekend. The pool was amazing and the home was in really great condition. We’d love to stay here again.

Loved our stay here. We met with family and found this house was a great place to gather. We spent about 50% of our time on the road sight seeing and 50% inthe home. The pool was excellent and the home has all necessary amenities.

A Desert Gem indeed!
Our family met at this property from two different states to reunite for a family member’s memorial. This property was not only comfortable and clean it was an oasis in the sadness we had surrounding the trip. We would love e to return in the future to this property to spend more time with our family in the surrounding area.

The home is in an very nice, quiet neighborhood. The home is beautiful and spacious. The only thing I would make sure others know is that indeed it will sleep 12, but there are only 2 full and one half bath. Aside from that, one couldn't ask for better!

Perfect winter getaway
We stayed for a few months during winter. The backyard is south facing and back patio is sheltered from the wind, absolute perfect private setup with a wash behind the house (no neighbors on the fence line). Parks and walking paths everywhere in the community, friendly neighbors. Home is fully equipped with everything you can imagine including Sonos speakers to use on in the backyard. Hosts were wonderful and considerate. This home made us fall in love with AZ and we are considering a move after our experience. Highly recommend

Best VRBO we have stayed at!
We spent a week here in December. Everything about the home was perfect! We traveled with our two children ( ages 5 and 8). We had plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed, the pool and back yard are AMAZING! My husband works from home and the office /den provided him the quiet space he needed. We had such a wonderful time!

Perfect for golfing
Rented this house because family and friends live in neighborhood. Exactly 2 minutes from 18 hole golf course. We have been renting house for years and this one is one of our top favourites. The owners were amazing and answered our texts within minutes- loved that! House has the perfect concept- king bedroom away from guests bedrooms so lots of privacy. Pool and backyard were absolutely gorgeous. Had a few pool parties with friends and enjoyed every last minute of it. Loved it so much rented another month next year!

Amazing Home.
My whole family enjoyed this beautiful home. It is super clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. The back yard was wonderful and perfect. The living room actually inspired us to change our living room. You will definitely not be disappointed booking a stay here.

We came to Arizona for a wedding. We are a family of 6. Kids ages, 6 , 3, 2 and 5 months. This was our 1st time traveling traveling flying with our kids and having amenities at the property for youngest was sooo helpful. Pack n play, booster seat, blankets, baby spoons etc. This home is so beautiful and the layout is perfect. Master wing on one side and the 3 other beds and bath on the other. The living space has soooo much room for a big group. The kitchen had everything you need and Safeway is only 4 minutes away. The outdoor space is a dream. You can enjoy company and watch over the kids at the same time. The owners checked in with us to check if anything was needed and Nswer any questions. I loved being able to access them if needed. We had family members over who were staying in other rentals for the week and everyone said ours took the award. When we come back to Arizona we can't wait to stay here again. You don't even need to leave the house as it's so relaxing and accommodating.

Other VRBOs will never compare
This place spoiled us. We have stayed in numerous VRBOs and other rentals and nothing ever held a candle to this place. The owners thought of everything. The beds and furniture were super comfy, the kitchen was wonderful, the TVs were stellar and the pool was absolutely amazing. The stay at the house was our vacation and it was the most relaxing one ever - we even extended our one week stay by 3 days. We were happy it was raining the day we left so it didn't make us miss the pool so much as we were leaving!

They’re not lying when they say this property is a gem. Beds are beyond comfortable, pool is fantastic, kitchen looks brand new and did you see the 82 inch tv? That thing is no joke. Such a wonderful place to stay and I’d definitely book this place again in the future

This property was truly a gem! From the check-in process, to the well stocked kitchen, to all of the amenities provided, this property had it all. I have utilized home sharing quite a few times and I have honestly spent a lot more and received a lot less. Even the neighborhood was nice and quite... A big change from the loud, obnoxious neighborhood I visited in Orlando earlier this year. This was our first visit to Arizona and we truly enjoyed the experience! Thanks!

Luxury Desert Oasis
Comfortable, beautiful & spacious home. Looks are completely deceiving from outside. Could not believe how much space and beautiful rooms were inside. Backyard took the cake, the pool and gorgeous light themes made it feel extra special. Karl our host was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Great summer staycation rental!!!!!

Mini Staycation!
Our family attended a wedding in Florence Arizona at the Windmill Winery, and instead of renting a hotel room for the weekend we decided to rent this house. We have stayed in a lot of homes during the past few years as we’ve traveled, but this house has been the best one ever. The house is gorgeous inside and out, with a beautiful pool in the backyard. The inside is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The owner Karl was extremely helpful and thoughtful to our needs. We highly recommend this house for any family looking for a staycation… 💖

A-mazing!!!
We had the best vacation we’ve ever had in Az and we visit every year. This property is awesome. The house is sooo nice with a pool and master suite. We rather left, instead family wanted to come visit us!! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The house had everything!! Did I mention the pool with grill and áreas to eat and relax and watch tv on the patio. Will br back if it doesn’t get sold out before I reserve!

Definitely a gem!!
What an amazing property! This house is exactly what the ad states... a desert gem. The house was very clean and completely stocked with all the things you will need to enjoy your stay. Kitchen- This was well stocked with all of the cutlery, dishes and spices that you will need in order to cook. They provided glass drinkware and plastic drinkware for when you are out at the pool relaxing in the sun. Rooms- My wife and I only needed the master which was HUGE! The bed is comfy and the master suite is large and roomy. The shower has ample space and the toilet has a heated seat with an optional bidet. The other rooms are large with plenty of beds for a large family. Bedding and towels- The are stocked full of bedding and towels if you need them. This includes the beach towels for when you get out of the pool. Entertainment- This house has a GIGANTIC TV in the living room that has plenty of options for streaming and the sound system for it is great. There is a game room in the den that has an Xbox along with a computer hookup if you were forced to work while staying here. One other room has a TV in it which is a guestroom. There is no TV in the master which is a nice way to force yourself to unplug for the evening. Outside on the back patio is a nice big TV that swivels to where you can see it anywhere in the backyard. This was especially nice when floating in the pool and relaxing to some of your favorite songs on Pandora. Pool- This is a great pool to just relax and float around in on the floaties that they provide. Unfortunately, there was a little wind which blew some of the flowers and bugs into the pool but I was able to get them out with the provided pool scoop. They also have someone come in weekly to do maintenance on the pool to ensure it works like it should. Owner communication- The owners reached out to us and gave us some great options for food and things to do in the area while staying there. We did check out the dueling pianos at the Windmill Winery, which was amazing, and a sunset dinner cruise on Canyon Lake. We had one thing come up that we needed to reach out to the owners for and they responded extremely quick and helped us out as best they could. Overall- This is the best rental we have ever rented...period. The house is great, the owners were easy to contact, it came with everything needed to have a good time and relax, and it was in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is close to Walmart or other grocery stores.

Everything you could want and then some!
This was the perfect stay for our mom/daughter vacay. We stocked up on groceries (only 5 min from the house) and parked it for the 4 days! The kitchen was perfectly stocked with nice pans and utensils, comfortable beds, and awesome water pressure for showers. The communication with the host was easy and quick even when I had last minute questions. And the pool! It got sun from morning till night and we couldn’t have had a better time. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for an awesome stay.
