Wander Floral City Oasis is a 20-acre sanctuary nestled between Orlando and Tampa where nature, comfort, and serenity converge. Surrounded by lush flora and native wildlife, guests can explore private walking trails, meditate in the peaceful outdoor setting, or follow a mindful path through a beautifully crafted labyrinth. The retreat features a refreshing private pool and a luxury outdoor kitchen, perfect for al fresco dining and evening gatherings under the stars. Whether you're practicing yoga in nature, watching deer graze nearby, or stargazing far from city lights, every detail invites deep relaxation. Nearby, enjoy the scenic Withlacoochee State Trail for biking and birdwatching, or venture to Crystal River for a once-in-a-lifetime experience kayaking or snorkeling with manatees.

Surround yourself with natural wonders and small-town charm in Floral City. Enjoy nearby freshwater lakes perfect for fishing and boating, or take a leisurely drive to historic downtown Floral City to discover quaint shops, local eateries, and seasonal festivals. This peaceful region offers the perfect blend of outdoor adventure and laid-back exploration.

WILDLIFE WARNING
The forest is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including bobcats, deer, snakes, hawks, turkeys, water-roaches and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution, maintain a safe distance, and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Various types of poison ivy and insects are also present in the area. It is highly recommended that you wear long pants and apply insect repellent spray to protect your skin when exploring the trails around the home.

We regularly perform pest control and take extra measures to prevent critters from entering our homes.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

POOL HEAT
The pool is open for heating outside of the summer months at an additional fee of $150/day. Please let us know at least 6 days before your arrival in the winter and at least 3 days before your arrival in the spring/fall if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

SECURITY
For security, there are ring cameras on the exterior of the garage and facing the driveway at this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.

AMENITY NOTICE
The eco-friendly bathroom is not available at this time.
