Check out this private + recently renovated river home in Flippin, Arkansas.

Known for some of the best fishing in the world, our cabin in nestled in a private neighborhood, near Wildcat Shoals. Our boat dock allows for convenient pick up and drop off for fishing guides. You are able to dock up for lunch, or to swap out who is fishing. World Class fly fishing up and down the beautiful White River! Bull Shoals Lake offers excellent fishing and boating only 8 miles away. Boats available for rental on the river and lake. The dock is shared with one other family in the area.

Our property has been upgraded with bank stabilization - the rock bank allow guests to walk down to the water, and depending on water levels, wade and bank fishing can be easily accessible.

Views of the beautiful White River can be seen from almost every room in the house. Offering an open floor plan, guests can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with extra small appliances for convenience (including a fish fryer, crockpot, blender, and more), a large screened-in porch with lounge chairs to drink coffee and an outdoor dining table for dinners, a beautiful outdoor fireplace to roast s'mores, and a charcoal grill available. Charcoal and firewood available upon request.

Rooms are all furnished with luxury linens and and we offer accommodations for kids and babies (crib, high-chair, and toys are available, if needed).

Wonderful River House

We came to fish and relax and that is just what we did. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted. My husband fished off the dock and the bank and I relaxed on the screened in porch. The home was in a great location and the views were amazing. We had a perfect stay and caught fish.

Annual Fishing Retreat

This cabin has hosted us two years in a row for a fishing weekend, and we hope to keep staying here for years to come. A great location and great hosts to work with.

Relaxing stay

This is a beautiful place! The house, the setting, everything was lovely! It was a great place to kick back, relax, and get some fishing done! We enjoyed catching a few from the dock! I highly recommend this place!

This was our first time staying on the White River and this property was absolutely perfect!! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year. The views and location are fabulous. Awesome place and location

“As close to the water as you can get” is the perfect description for this awesome stay. We spent the weekend here for our fishing trip on the White River. We spent the evenings around the fire pit or on the screened in back porch. Our guide was even able to pick us up at the dock right out the back door! Awesome stay! 10/10 would recommend.

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and this was one of the best we have ever rented. It is 6 stars on a 5 star scale. The property owners were great and the house was exactly as advertised. If you cannot relax and enjoy your stay at this home, it’s a you kind of problem. Everything worked great. The home is located in a very quiet area. The only traffic is bait traffic on the river. The screened in porch was so nice for just relaxing and visiting. The dock was perfect. I just wish we had a boat with us. We caught fish from the dock and watched a lot of others drift by catching fish. The home was very clean and the space was used very well. We would recommend this home to our friends and family. Rent it. You will not regret it!

We loved all the details of this house, from the decor to the amazing view of the river. The hostess was very friendly and even provided a birthday banner and candles for my husband’s birthday. We really appreciated the sweet gesture. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Paradise on the River

It was a beautiful place. Perfect location; just a few steps from the river. Had one problem and the owner was on top of it quickly and was resolved. We saw lots of eagles, too. Beautiful place and quiet and peaceful. Never stayed in a VRBO that was so well-stocked. Highly recommend this place if you like peaceful, beautiful settings and very hospital hosts.

Beautiful Spot on The White River

Very relaxing home on private road with plenty of wildlife to observe. The back porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, eat dinner, and play games all while listening to the river rush by. Very cozy property tucked away on a private road. Host is responsive and provided clear directions for checking in and out. This is the house to stay in to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

This place was amazing! Beautiful views and a nice layout! It was clean and well kept. The property is right by the water and a stream so you could go outside and enjoy the sounds of nature! I have told everyone I know about this property specifically and that it does not disappoint!

Relaxing Vacation by the White River

Amazing location along the White River. The host was great with communication and even sent us a welcome message and packet. We loved all the little extras that made the stay truly relaxing like the coffee, games, snacks, and shower supplies. There were plenty of towels and comfy blankets. The view from the rooms was beautiful! It was amazing to see the bald eagles swooping around the river and they even landed in the tree by the house. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

The property was in a great location. Perfect view of the river and yet only a short drive into Flippin. The house was decorated beautifully, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed having the dock for fishing. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. Callie is the best! She was prompt replying to a couple of questions I had. Very welcoming and sweet! Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved our stay! The little personal touches around the home made it very comfortable and felt like home. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The fishing was great and watching wildlife from the porch was so much fun. The porch off the living room is a perfect family space while grilling or on a sunny afternoon reading a book. This is hands down the best vacation home we've stayed at. We've been coming to Arkansas for years and will definitely be staying here in the future.

Great Location, Property, and Host

The house is in a great spot on the river and you can't beat having a dock to park the boats at overnight. Truly as close to the water as it gets. The house was comfortable, spacious and clean for my group of 5. Callie is a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any questions I had pre visit. Ran into a few of the neighbors who were all very nice folks. The screened in patio, deck, and outdoor fireplace were all great. My fishing crew comes to the White 6-10 times a year. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Little Bit of Paradise!

If you are a lover of the White River and Trout Fishing, then this piece of property will be your paradise! The home is wonderful, cozy, has all you need. The screened in porch will be your new favorite place for morning coffee and if you have your own boat, as we do, the boat dock will be a huge convenience for you. You can fish anytime you want without the hassle of launching and trailering your boat daily! This property is beautifully landscaped and you will never want to leave. We have been vacationing at the White River for 17 years and come up at least 4 times a year. This property was by far the best place we have stayed and we will be back!

Fall Fishing

Great weather,we’ve stayed on this property 3 years in a row..Very comfortable and clean..only complaints,needs a new Frig. Door doesn’t stay closed and no inside light..and drop off floor needs some rails, colored tape on floor ? TV is difficult to operate..Other than that all is great. Easy fishing off pier and you catch your limit. Sherry Hughes.
