"Overall the hotel was ok except on one side of the bed - the carpet was Luke folded over with the tacks sticking up. We had to make sure to stay away from the wall - maybe new / newer carpet that wasn’t trimmed down. We were on the 2nd floor."
"Decent, but no elevators for my handicapped wife. Continental breakfast wasn’t good, better off going to get breakfast somewhere else. Other than the place was fine."
"Hotel pictures show a newer hotel. This hotel is either a bad remodel or older. Our beds were not very comfortable and had a spring sound. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall after we pulled towels off it. Room was mostly clean but elevators seemed very dirty. Pool was out of service. Breakfast was ok but limited. Not worth money they charge to stay. Front desk was not very friendly at night shift but day shift was friendly and attentive. Probably would not stay again for the price."
"Very close to Ruby Falls and close to downtown with a wide selection of restaurants. We had great mountain range views from our suite. The lodge is very close to a busy road but we used the white noise machine that was provided so it died down the traffic noise. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
"On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience.
Apart from this incident, the stay was okay."
