The Solskin holiday rental is a modern, well-equipped apartment on the ground floor of a converted farmhouse on the outskirts of Flensburg, surrounded by green meadows. With a spacious total area of 71 m², the apartment can accommodate up to four people. Two bedrooms—each with ample storage space—provide a comfortable retreat, and high-quality bedding is provided. The apartment is ideal for families with children, as both a high chair and a cot are available. Youth groups are not permitted in this accommodation, which contributes to a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The living room features a cosy sofa area, modern seating, three digital satellite TVs with screen sizes ranging from 35 to 44 inches, as well as a Blu-ray player and a radio. Large windows with privacy screens let in plenty of natural light while also offering privacy. A modern central heating system ensures a comfortable room temperature.

The separate, enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a ceramic cooktop with an electric oven, the kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. A dining table in the dining area invites you to enjoy meals together. An initial supply of hand towels, bath towels, and tea towels is included; and you’ll also find plenty of cleaning and laundry supplies, such as a vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your use.

The modern bathroom features a toilet, sink, hair dryer, and makeup mirror. Bath towels and a starter kit of toiletries are provided. A first-aid kit and smoke detectors ensure additional safety.
