The holiday rental fewo1846 – Fuchsbau offers a comfortable and well-designed living space of 65 m² for up to four guests on the lower ground floor of a house in Flensburg. This accommodation features a total of three bedrooms, providing the perfect retreat for both families and small travel groups. The rooms feature vinyl flooring and let in plenty of natural light through large windows. Privacy screens on all windows ensure the necessary privacy.

The kitchen is a separate, enclosed space and is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided. These amenities are complemented by a selection of spices and tea towels. The adjacent dining area with a dining table is perfect for sharing meals together.

The two modern bathrooms each feature a sink and toilet, as well as two showers—one of which is a shower pan—a bathtub, and a hair dryer. Clean hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided upon arrival. Additionally, a washing machine for guest use, a clothes rack, and an ironing board and iron are available, making longer stays more comfortable.

The technical highlights include a TV with satellite reception in every bedroom, digital and international channels, a hi-fi system, and a radio. The high-speed internet connection starting at 100 Mbit/s and in-house Wi-Fi ensure a stable online connection, which also benefits business travellers.

A private and free parking space right next to the house makes it easy to arrive by car. The central location in Flensburg makes a car largely unnecessary: shopping, restaurants, banks, medical care, and public transport are all within a radius of a few hundred metres. It’s about 600 metres to the sea and about 3.4 kilometres to the sandy beach.

For safety-conscious guests, smoke detectors are installed in the apartment. Additional amenities such as a vacuum cleaner and trash tins round out the living comfort.
