The apartment is a 1-room apartment and lovingly decorated in Scandinavian style. It has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Flensburg. The apartment has a private community parking next to the house, which can be used free of charge.

Sich in dem Appartment wohlzufühlen ist sehr einfach- so erging es uns-Ein herrlicher Ausblick aus allen Fenstern über die Flensburger Förde ist die Krönung. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Musikclub (Volksbad) vor der Tür sorgt für Trubel am Abend. Der Schlüsselkasten liegt etwas entfernt (ca 2 km) vom Appartment.Die Angaben in der Beschreibung varierten, so dass Nachfragen notwendig wurde z.B. der Seitenbetreiber Fe-Wo gab eine Check-In Zeit von 14 Uhr , die Vermieterin 16 Uhr an, für den Check out war es ähnlich. Die Fe Wo Beschreibung war missverständlich im Bezug auf Handtücher und Bettwäsche (vorhanden oder dazu buchbar), das Passwort für den WLAN Zugang war veraltet und funktionierte nicht. Es war aber kein Problem und durch den netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin schnell zu lösen.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und finden das Apparment Fördeblick empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist schön, die Infos( Schlüssel usw.) sehr schlecht, große Teile des Parkplatzes gesperrt, Vermieterin ohne jede Hilfestellung/ Einsicht. Zwei Tage unerträglicher Baulärm/ auf Anfragen mehrfach keine Antwort/ Videos mit dem Baulärm wurden sarkastisch mit: interessant kommentiert: Schade….

Super schöne Auszeit

Der Aufenthalt war rund um schön. Die Lage der Wohnung perfekt. 20 Schritte zu Nordertor und schon in der Altstadt. Hat alles gestimmt und die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer war toll. Perfekte Einrichtung,alles da was man braucht.

Schicke kleine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus …

Wir waren etwas weniger als eine Woche hier. Wir haben einen autofreien Urlaub gemacht. Die Lage der Wohnung war dafür sehr gut. Sie liegt nur einen Steinwurf von der Haltestelle "Am Nordertor" entfernt. Das Nordertor markiert quasi das nördliche Ende der Flensburger Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war sauber, vollständig ausgestattet und für ihre Größe zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man kann hier gut einen verregneten Tag aushalten. Muß man aber nicht, gibt auch für solche Tage genügend zu sehen. Fußläufig ist ein Einkaufszentrum erreichbar. Von dem erwähnten Waschsalon ist hingegen unbedingt abzuraten! Wer mal nicht selbst kochen möchte, dem sei das Restaurant "Hafenküche Flensburg" unbedingt ans Herz gelegt (Obacht: min. 2 Tage im Vorraus reservieren oder auf gut Glück vor 18:00 Uhr versuchen). Leckeren und bezahlbaren Mittagstisch gabs im "San Marco" (steht nicht in der Karte, fragen!). Moment der Sterne abgezogen?! Ja, Mehrfamilienhaus. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber Ruhe kehrt halt erst gegen 23:00 Uhr ein. Wir hatten außerdem noch den Urlaubs-Super-Gau, gerade als wir am letzten Tag vor der Abreise aufstanden, wurde uns das Wasser für ein paar Stunden abgedreht. Das passiert mit Sicherheit nicht regelmäßig, aber es ist uns passiert.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Fehlt nur noch ein Minimarkt / Supermarkt in der Nähe und auch die Umgebung wäre perfekt. Aber zu Fördepark und Cittipark ist man schnell auf der B199.

Smuttur til julemarked

Vi har været her før - bilen ind på den lukkede parkeringsplads - elevatoren op til 6. sal - godt for alle og især en gammel Labrador - til den for os (2 med hund) perfekte lille velindrettede og veludstyrede lejlighed med formidabel udsigt både ud og ind ad fjorden og havnen - og lige i den ene ende af den lange hovedgade.

Top Wohnung, Top Lage, Top Aussicht!

Die informationen der Wohnung treffen absolut zu. Vom unkomplizierten Parken direkt vorm Haus über das einfache Einchecken... bis hin zur sehr modern eingerichteten Wohnung, tollem Ausblick in sehr guter Ausgangslage zur Innenstadt.... hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schön aber zu Kurz

Wir hatten eine w wunderschöne Woche. Das Wetter paste zur Unterkunft einfach nur schön Sonnig. In der Unterkunft gab es alles was man so braucht, um zu Frühstücken und auch Abendbrot mit dem schönen Ausblick auf die Förde zu genießen. Auch das Laden des Autos ist gewährleistet mit ca; 75 Sekunden Fußweg Entfernung.

schöne tage in flensburg

wir hatten erstmals als fewo eine stadtwohnung. sie liegt sehr zentral (nähe zur fußgängerzone und zum hafen - museumswerft) und entspricht genau der beschreibung des vermieters. wir haben uns schnell eingewöhnt und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. die wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, an ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. einen wechsel der handtücher gab es nur nach rückfrage, hier wäre eine kurze beschreibung der regelung im exposé für die gäste ganz hilfreich.

Auf den Spuren von der Förde

Wir waren angenehm von der FeWo überrascht, allerdings das Hochhaus und die Begegnung mit Bewohner, war gruselig. Das muss man mögen. Für uns war es befremdlich. Der eine hat uns nur angenöhlt..roch sehr streng. Soll aber die Wohnung nicht abwerten, bitte nicht faksch verstehen.

1ZKB mit tollem Blick

Lage: Am Ende der Einkaufsstraße direkt am Nordertor bzw. Phänomenta. Mehrstöckiges Gebäude. Wohnung oben, aber mit Lift erreichbar. Wenige Schritte zur Hafenpromende. Gegend ist Multikulti. Parken problemlos vor der Tür möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 8 bis 10 Laufminuten. Wohnung: 1ZKB, nicht mehr nicht weniger, mit tollem Blick auf die Fjörde, aber keinem Balkon, da hab ich mich vom Bild täuschen lassen. Aber bodentiefes Fenster/Tür. Alles sehr hell. Morgends wird man vom Sonnenschein geweckt, außer bei schlechtem Wetter:-) Sauberkeit: Extrem saubere Wohnung. Ausstattung: Im Hauptraum sind das Doppelbett, ein gemütliches Sofa und ein kleiner Esstisch mit vier Stühlen vorhanden. Die Betten waren hoch und bequem. In der kleinen, aber abgetrennten Küche war alles vorhanden. Auch Kaffee und Backpapier. Selbst aus dem kleinen Fenster dort hat man einen herrlichen Blick. Das Bad ist auch sehr klein, hat aber eine Dusche, kleines Waschbecken, WC und ein Fenster, das sich öffnen lässt.. An zwei Abenden wurde irgendwo im Haus oder in der Nähe gefeiert, aber das ist bei so vielen Bewohnern normal. Bis Mitternacht war Schluss. Ansonsten haben wir von den Nachbarn kaum etwas gehört. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Alle var glade.

Perfekt størrelse til os (2 voksne + hund), og fint indrettet og udstyret lejlighed med velfungerende installationer, herunder elevatoren op til 6. sal med udsigt både ind over byen og ud over fjorden. Den franske altandør havde vindue ned til gulvet, hvorfra labradorpigen Nynne nød at holde styr på trafikken omkring naboerne Nordertor og eksperimentariet Phänomenta og begyndelsen til hovedstrøget. Særdeles nyttigt, at værtsparret var til rådighed for evt. opklarende spørgsmål mv.
