"Modern hotel. Upscale experience. Very helpful Bellhop and Reception Staff. Room was spacious , upscale with L'Occitane soaps and luxurious spa amenities - robe and slippers.. We found dirt on the rug of the room when we entered and they cleaned it immediately."

"Great property, very close to everything we wanted to see and do in Brussels. We arrived by Train to Brussels Central train station, it was a very short walk to the hotel. The hotel is literally next door to St Michaels Cathedral and a short walk to Grand Place and other typical tourist spots. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay and highly recommend."

"Great location, good buffet breakfast. Everything looked clean and in good working order. Only small criticism was the room was a bit small. It was only just big enough to walk around the bed. But wasn’t in there much. So not a big problem"

"The staff are friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast. The location is also very convenient. The room is a bit small but big enough. Air condition is good for the heatwave. It would be good to have a peep hole on the door but it is not a deal breaker."
