The hotel and staff were great. My only concern is that when I checked out I asked for my bill for an additional night and was told the balance due was zero. But I later found $147 was removed from my credit card. I asked on check out I money would be removed without my concent. I was told no it would not. I would of liked the opportunity to of paying cash not credit . but was not given this opportunity
