Ridgetop Cabin w/Broad Long Range Views, Hot Tub, River Access, Porch & Deck

HEAVEN BOUND-Long Range Vistas AND New River Access! Heaven Bound is situated majestically, ridge top between Boone and West Jefferson, near the Blue Ridge Parkway and historic Todd!

Plenty of space to unwind on the front covered porch with 4 rockers and New River views. Large covered and uncovered back deck with Adirondacks, porch swing, and 5 burner gas grill for cooking out. Inside, the vaulted great room offers plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat, and a 42 inch Plasma HDTV with surround sound, DVD, VCR, & 6 disc CD changer. Cuddle up next to the fire on the cozy loveseat and enjoy your favorite movie. Kitchen completely equipped with ice-maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need for a quick snack or an elegant meal. 6 person dining table and breakfast bar. High chair also provided along with various board games for children and adults. Master bedroom offers full private bath and Smart TV. Second master also offers full bath. Large patio with 7 person, 67 jet hot tub and picnic table.

Take a short drive down to the river access for fishing, swimming, kayaking or picnicking. Just around the corner is the Todd General Store offering; kayak rentals, live music, storytelling, bike rentals, horseback riding, dining and general supplies. Heaven Bound is easily accessible off Railroad Grade Road...best known for its 10 mile stretch along the scenic New River great for a family bike ride.

Perfect weekend getaway.

So beautiful !

What a lovely site for a weekend of relaxation and fun! Even after the horrendous storm in October the mountains are returning to their natural beauty. The house was cozy and warm and perfect for 2 couples. The view was amazing. We had easy trips to Boone and West Jefferson.The house was very clean and comfortable.The real rental agency was very easy to work with.

What a great stay!

I spent 5 days at the house during the week to get away and unwind but still be able to work. The house is clean, the description is accurate, and the views are outstanding! Loved this place and will definitely come back!

Many great things to say about this rental, location, views, hot tub, and communication and support of the manager. The only criticism I can think of is some furniture updates would make it more comfortable than it currently is to stay/sleep in and more enjoyable aesthetically-only comfort really matters to me though.

The view, location, and comfort of location were lovely. Couldn’t ask for a better view. The beds were not too hard which was a huge plus for me. Well stocked kitchen and couches and fireplace area dream come true for cozy time!

Our group of 4 enjoyed this property & the location. It was close to town to get your essentials and near scenic views of blue ridge parkway. We went to the ski place recommended by the hot tub maintenance guy we met upon arrival. The sunrise views from here are amazing! We would love to come back one day.
