I would have asked for a refund but no one was at the desk for check out "

"The pool, especially the lazy river, was FREEZING. The breakfast was extremely limited and signs were posted ensuring guests only took one, to leave enough for others. Many items rang out fairly early in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. "
