These are newly built homes located in an active development community. As such, nearby construction by the developer may occur during your stay. While this is outside of our control, we want to be transparent so guests can plan accordingly. The homes are well insulated, and we do not have a history of guest complaints related to construction noise. However, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for any noise or activity resulting from nearby development.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home, including the garage for convenient parking. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock on the front door—no keys to keep track of. During the summer months, additional seasonal street parking is available.
The Neighborhood:
Juniper Point is one of Flagstaff’s newest and most desirable neighborhoods, blending modern living with the natural beauty of Northern Arizona. Nestled among the tall ponderosa pines, this thoughtfully designed community features sustainable building practices, energy-efficient homes, and inviting streetscapes that encourage walking and biking. Guests will love the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere while still being just minutes from downtown Flagstaff, NAU, and the area’s best dining, breweries, and shopping.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate easy access to hiking and biking trails that connect directly from the neighborhood into the vast Coconino National Forest. In winter, skiing and snowboarding at Arizona Snowbowl are just a short drive away, while summer brings endless opportunities for exploring, fishing, and enjoying Flagstaff’s cooler mountain climate.
Whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both, Juniper Point offers the perfect location—close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet mountain setting.

Getting Around:
The best way to explore Flagstaff and the surrounding Northern Arizona attractions is by car. While Flagstaff does have public transit and ride-share options, many of the area’s highlights—such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl, Walnut Canyon, and countless hiking trails—are easiest to reach when you have your own vehicle. A car allows you to enjoy the flexibility of mountain drives, day trips, and exploring at your own pace. Streets are easy to navigate, and most destinations offer convenient parking.
