It was old repaint on repaint that held the place toghter ,carpet was old and bumpy did not even spend the night there

You did not spend the whole night because you had an appointment with Flagstaff medical center. You got early check-in,3 hours before arrival time. You used the room and left for the hospital. Be thankful when someone accommodates you.

The staff was pleasant and the run down neglected exterior, did have an artsy. What I didn't enjoy as much was the room: When I hit the light switch coming into the room every recessed light in there came on. Way too brighkpt. One other lamp kind of dim. Tiles missing or needed grout in the bathroom. Microwaves clock was wrong took me all day to figure that out. But the worst was when I went to take a shower I adjusted the heat until it got hot hot then turned it down and set it to shower and the whole tub nozzle game shooting off. No shower that's half of what I went for. The other problem I had I have all hotels in the winter you have to have the heat it on and it's hot air and it drives me out. Not their fault

This property is in Flagstaff Arizona. It was in the 20s that night when we got back to our room. We continue to try to turn the heat on and it did not work. When we explain to the gentleman in the morning at check out the heat was not working he told us we should’ve use the AC Unit that controls the heat as well and we should have known that. Accommodations were awful as well. We would never stay there again even if it was free. The gentleman was rude and condescending.

Finally you are out from hangover. At the time of check in we have clearly explained that the newly installed air conditioner has heat and cold options. You were arguing in the morning that air conditioners are meant for cold air. How is it justified? You are drunk so much so that you were using foul language. Mutual respect is extremely important. Hope you realize that.

The toilet seat kept coming off, the bathroom outlet did not work, the room outlets were very loose - plug in would not stay, bathroom vent did not work when showering, Beds could use another blanket. Good points, bed slept good, shower was nice and hot.

This property needs very deep clean. Found other peoples hair in the bed linen Towels old and thin Bedcover very highly stained Carpets dirty Aircon loud Shower fittings and facets and we not secure and very loose This property needs money spent on it and a big clean up. Not pleasant at all

The bed was a joke and we tried telling the dude and he told us to stop telling lies that the bed was shot out there was no remote and so he gave attitude about giving us a remote it's just a run-down place and it's too much money for rundown place I rather sleep in my car

Although the linen and towels seemed clean enough, the floor was filthy. Walking around the room for a couple of minutes in previously clean socks, I noticed the bottom of my socks were filthy from the dirt on the vinyl tile. The buildings' exterior had cracks and peeling paint. If our reservation was refundable, we never would have stayed. Never again. I am actually surprised Expedia represents properties such as this one on it's website.

Thank you for staying with us. This is an open property unlike the big star hotels. While walking on the bare floor we advise wearing footwear. When it comes to the building age, yes it’s heritage and historic. We preserve it for enthusiasts who like to stay in these kind of motels. Don’t get surprised, look for a star motel for your next stay by spending more money.

There were stains on the bed linens, crusty brown stuff on the top blanket, brown stains on the walls, no covers on the outlets, the red carpet was blackened in the traffic areas, and the curtains were too short so you could see inside/outside. That’s just in their room, outside the parking lot was too small and the surrounding area was not safe for families.

Said they were working on construction and that's why it was so dusty in the room. Three beds, all of which were worn down to the springs and extremely uncomfortable. Did not stay the night and requested refund.

I was not expecting anything overly nice, but at minimum, expected cleanliness. The carpet and coach were filthy and had stains. The pillows didn’t have pillowcases and were also stained, as was the sheets/bedding. The bed and pillows were also lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Most of the outlets in the room did not work - we were told it was due to new wiring being put in. The outlet in the restroom, of all places, had exposed wires. We didn’t even shower - there was mold and it felt cleaner to forgo. Considering this I was found on Expedia, was shocked by what I found. And to think, we paid $200 for this. Would not recommend.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. All the doors were worn out. There was no hot water in the shower. The carpeting was worn out. I could go on. Avoid at all costs!
