The fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and breakfast bar invites delicious meals with family and friends. Unwind after a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring in front of the fireplace in the comfortable living room. Relax on the back covered patio and enjoy a meal at the patio table for six while you admire the beautiful mountains and pine trees. Take a morning walk on the community walking paths and in the parks. Let the kids play on the basketball courts and playgrounds. Short drives to the restaurants and social scenes in downtown Flagstaff, and easy access to I-17 and I-40. Very Nice And Convenient location

My Family Loved the place, I only gave it a 4 because I have some suggestions that we ususally find at other rentals, like trash bags, hair dryer, Better Mattresses in all bedrooms as we had a hardtime getting good sleep in sofa beds

Great house in a nice neighborhood

This house was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. The house is beautifully decorated and very well appointed with everything you will need throughout your stay. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood with easy access to everything Flagstaff has to offer. The owner was very responsive to a couple of small issues that came up throughout our stay and we would definitely consider reserving this wonderful home again!

Great stay!

Very nice place. Exactly as described. Enjoyed having a garage to store our bicycles and golf clubs when not in use. Had more bedrooms than we needed. Some friends came to join us for the weekend so we were glad to have the extra bedroom and bathroom for them. Gas grill was a nice bonus for cooking meals. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. No surprises. I would recommend the place and would stay there again. I felt the master bed mattress was a little soft for my liking….but that’s just personal preference.

Plenty of room!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome. It had plenty of room and it was very clean! It was only a 30 minute drive from Snowbowl too. The only recommendation I have is for the driveway entrance to the garage and for the back patio stairs to be shoveled before any guests arrive during the winter months. My husband was shoveling the patio stairs which were very snow packed and icy and he slipped and fell on his back. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and would stay here again. Thank you!!

Family graduation stay

We had a great time at this wonderful property. We had a large family 9 all staying together for a graduation from NAU. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. The neighborhood was great for walks and spending time at the fun little park! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place!

Note to future tenants: Bring toilet paper! No trash bags in bathrooms. No trashcan in 1 bathroom. Minor issue. Toilet paper holder is pulling from the wall downstairs. Emailed but got no answer. Other than that it was a great place. Nicely furnished. Kitchen was fully stocked. I would definitely stay here again.
