This modern-Hogwarts home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus an office. The 5th bedroom is being used as a game room to encourage quality bonding time. It offers a pool table with a number of board games. The spacious backyard includes a deck, fire table and 5 burner grill. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. Located in a corner lot with a steep driveway in an upscale, established neighborhood 5 minutes away from many amenities and 10 mins from Downtown.

Super Fun Getaway

This house is honestly the coolest! Finding all the little hidden rooms and features was a ton of fun and there’s everything you could ask for close by. Would highly recommend checking it out and Kenny is great!

Girls getaway!

We had 12 ladies staying at the house for a comedy show in town. It was a great house to told us all. Good location not too far from downtown Flagstaff. Beds were comfy and house was nice! It was great they allowed a one night stay as many don’t. Definitely would go back.

Spring Break Fun

This property was exceptional. It is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and accessible. The property manager was awesome and very quick to respond to any needs. I highly recommend this location for your next trip to Flagstaff.

Our tennis team was there for a tournament. House was set up nicely with all the things we would need. Clean and comfortable.

Good Times!

Kenny was fantastic to work with from start to finish. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 8 with plenty of room to spare. The game room was fun for all of us ( especially the kids ). Roasted some marshmallows around the fire pit one evening and had a great time with the entire family on the deck. This house had everything we needed for an enjoyable 3 night stay and would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a great stay here. My friends and I had a few days of golf booked in Flagstaff/Williams and this home worked out well for us. The house was easy to enter with the lock key code and everything was clean inside.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is great, but the driveway is dangerously steep and the backyard could be more inviting. Cushions were missing from the outdoor furniture and we couldn't turn the outside lights on or figure out how to use the fire table.

Family Snow trip

The house had everything we needed. Plenty of rooms and beds for everybody. We had a great time! Thank you fo making our Snow Family trip memorable and enjoyable.

The property was not in good condition. The backyard had trash in it from a previous visitor. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition. The overall property was not clean, from the showers, one did not drain properly to the grill. The pool table looked promising, but the felt was extremely damaged and of the two pool cues, only one had a tip. Finally the driveway of the property is extremely steep, difficult to navigate.

Perfect House

This house was perfect we had family/friends of different age groups and there was entertainment for everyone. Kenny was great and responded quickly to all the questions I had. I love all the details that were put into the house, I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Incredible, comfortable, and great location.

16 of my closest friends had just got off a 21 day trip boating down the Grand Canyon, what an incredible place to end our trip. So many places for folks to sleep, such a large and easy to use kitchen. Everyone loved spending time outside under the deck lights and by the fire-pit. Highlight was listening to everybody’s favorite music through YouTube on the TV. Great experience.

There was a note on fridge swaying to leva an “honest review” so here it goes.When we arrived the heat was not on-was a brisk 47* in the house. Took awhile to heat up the place. The smoke alarm upstairs was chirping so had to run to the store to replace the battery. Also, a chair had broken apart when one of our family members sat in it. After all this, we’re eating dinner & we see a mouse run out from the refrigerator. Of course we couldn’t trap it so it ran into the laundry room where we shut the door & put a towel under neath the door so it would not escape. There were mouse droppings behind the fridge & under the sink cabinet. Gross! All this to get a sorry & took 10% off our bill which we have yet to receive. So use your judgement when booking here.
