Filthy, food crumbs in the bed, on the floor and fresh stains in the bathroom. It was hard to keep from vomiting so we left. They stiffed us for the whole amount anyway. Expedia said "ehh... it happens" no help at all.

Large dead spider on wall and large clump of hair on the wall of the shower, didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned. TV also didn’t work. Train goes by and there is minimal insulation in between floors so it is very noisy if you’re on the bottom floor. Bed was very comfortable.

Horrifying! Bed bugs! Bloody sheets and dirt and blood on walls, nasty holes in towels, you can see light under the door! Spiders, MOLD everywhere. I took Pictures that are Horrifying. I would never stay here! Front desk is rude and threatened to charge my bank card. Do NOT STAY HERE! SCARY

Did not want to give credit card at check inn and when he left towels were cover with blood so you supposed to pay for that damage And we do check all sheets before they were put on bed

Room was extremely small. Walls were in terrible condition. The curtains didn’t cover the entire windows. Felt like a prison cell because of all the concrete.

The pros: Quick check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Ample pillows. Comfortable bed. Great price. The cons: Train tracks out front, very unpleasant. Thin walls, cab hear neighbors. Faucet in shower was backwards, hot was cold, cold was hot. Provided soap was extremely small and thin, dropped it accidentally and it shattered into pieces. Rooms looks newly renovated, but looked like a cheap rushed job and smelled heavily of new paint.

When I checked in the front desk lady was arguing with a lady and the lady was very disgruntle. When I checked in I was asked if I had any kids with me. I said 2. The lady wanted to charge me for my kids staying with me. She said she wouldn’t charge me since I had marked for two adults and it was only me. Even though she said I wouldn’t be charged I was. I think it’s ridiculous to be charged for 2 kids when the room is advertised to sleep 4. If you have kids with you consider another hotel. Several other options in Flagstaff for less. BEWARE of hidden fees and rude staff. I won’t be staying here again.

If you love listening to your neighbors push meat, laugh like theyre Hyenas, laying your head on a back breaking pillow and bed, then this is your spot! Unfortunate we had a bad experience since we had stayed here before. We literally went home at 10pm didnt stay longer than 4 hours.. too bad i cant get a refund.... what a waste of money. BEST WESTERN for sure next time...

No frills stay
Just stayed one night. Nothing extravagant, but wasn't looking for that. It was pretty cold outside and the blankets given were enough to keep me warm. The sheets were super soft. Some may find the single queen room small.

Bed bugs possibly. Woke up in the middle of the night with multiple rashes and swollen areas that were itchy. The next morning and following day I still have the itchy bites all over my shoulder and traps.

Not horrible but definitely won’t be back
Staff was really friendly but front office smelled really strong of ramen each time I visited. The room smelled so strongly of cleaner it gave me a headache and the filter had the red light for needed to be changed Someone broke a cologne bottle over my van outside. Like smashed it and I checked out early because I didn’t feel safe with my van I. The lot a second night but I was not refunded for the night I didn’t stay.

There was no way to know that the unit under the window was an ac unit only. 3 hours later after we were so cold that we found the thermostat on the wall. Would've been nice to know in the beginning.
