Family trip

We enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff and this house was in a great location. The house was well stocked and clean. The only issue was the bunk beds were missing a few planks so none of the kids wanted to sleep on top as it wasn’t sturdy for teens. But we made do! We would totally stay here again!

Cute and clean home! Nice that it had a hot tub, my family loved it after snowboarding and snow tubing. Appreciated the fact that we were able to park in driveway and garage. Already recommended this VRBO to a couple friends!

Love this Property

We loved this property. Very Family Friendly and the perfect location as we were able to ski snowbowl, hike Sedona and visit the Grand Canyon. Flagstaff was amazing had delicious restaurants without the huge crowds. Hot tub was an added bonus and could fit 6 easily.

Great stay for Christmas

My wife, daughter and I were in town for Christmas to visit our son. We had a wonderful visit and the house was a perfect gathering place for the week. The hosts even had a small Christmas tree set up near the fireplace that was a great holiday touch. We intended to use the hot tub but never actually made it in. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots/pans, etc. The garage is tight but manageable. Overall a great visit.

Great Family Townhouse in Flagstaff

A surprisingly spacious townhouse property in Flagstaff. It provided modern bathroom fixtures, kitchen equipment and cabinets. Also, the kitchen service ware was extremely well stocked. In addition, the living room gas fireplace and private patio hot tub were unusual amenities for vacation rentals in Flagstaff.

Pros: Unit was nice and well stocked in kitchen. Beds for 8 were very comfy. Jacuzzi was nice and hot Cons: parking was very tight, especially in snow, living room only seats 3 adults comfortably, bunk bed slat was broken/unhooked, big 8” diameter stain on carpet right in the middle of the living room

Great place for our family of 7

We really enjoyed this property. Plenary of room for the kids upstairs. Downstairs was neat and tidy. We don’t all fit at the dinner table but the 5 kids did and us parents sat at the coffee table. We all really enjoyed the hot tub and access to the garage was nice to store our bikes.

The perfect getaway!

We came into town for the North Pole express with our teenagers and young son. There was something for everyone including games for all ages, a nice hot tub to soak in after a day in the mountain and private space for rest when everyone else was laughing together. Close to everything and so cozy. 10/10

Nice home, Slow Internet

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean upon arrival, and the neighborhood seemed nice and safe. The drive to Snowbowl was only about 35 minutes which was nice. There are board games and toys for kids around the house, which was convenient for our littles. The kids had a fantastic time in the hot tub, which was very nice and worked amazingly. We only used the living room TV, and it worked great. Previous comments suggest the internet is slow. I'm sad to confirm this. We had to disconnect from Wifi and use the data on our phones. The garage width is tiny, so we parked in the driveway. (Something to consider if you have an SUV and you want indoor parking.) There was a large dent in the wall in the Master bedroom, which I reported to the company, and no one replied. We also realized that there weren't any additional trash bags in the house. I mentioned that to the company and told them not to worry about that while we were there, as we just planned on using grocery bags for trash, which was fine. However, they still didn't reply to that. They have a very persistent amount of communication through some sort of "constant contact" with automated emails and texts, however, their direct communication was non-existent. Had there been a serious issue while we were there, I'm not sure it would have been addressed. In conclusion, the neighborhood is nice and seemingly safe, close to lots of stores/restaurants, a close drive to Snowbowl, and a clean home.
