Stayed for one night first time at this hotel, family of 4. Parking lot was a mess with storage boxes for remodeling. Staff was very professional and polite. Room was remodeled nice but cramped. They left the "cottage cheese" ceilings though. Random "Recovery Fees" and Parking fees charged on a pre-paid room? This was not a downtown hotel. Not cool!

Why is the pool out of service? We literally picked this hotel so the kids could swim. The hot tub is a 6 foot diameter circle and that’s all that was open. Breakfast was late in the morning, but that was due to short staffing and to her credit she was trying.

They don’t tell you they charge for parking I feel if there’s no alternative to park elsewhere you shouldn’t have to PAY for parking at the hotel you’re staying at. Plus desk person didn’t tell me and Hotels.com just says parking available!!!

Customer service was top tier (front desk)! The room was great but I did notice the shower was not cleaned, it was gross. Leftover hair from prior guest, yellow and green slime on tile and it looked like red crayon in one of the corners. The rest of the room was great! Breakfast was average.

Excellent except for the Check-in
Check-in was slow. I was No. 7 in the queue and I had to quit and go dinner instead. There were 2 desk clerks. I suggest you do a pre-check-in method to eliminate the wait. My room was modern and clean; bathroom was modern and attractive.

The staff working at this location are great! The maintenance staff were very helpful and friendly. They would all smile and greet me with a smile regardless of the time of day. We have decided that anytime we or friends of ours are traveling to Flagstaff, this is the best place to stay.
