Unwind in this spacious, pet- and family-friendly home nestled in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by one of the world’s largest Ponderosa Pine forests. Enjoy nearby nature trails just a short walk away, with town only a 10-minute drive.

As experienced hosts, we’ve created a comfortable retreat with thoughtful amenities to help you feel right at home. The fully fenced yard features a kid’s playhouse, flagstone patio, outdoor table with umbrella, fire pit, and both propane and charcoal grills—perfect for outdoor meals and evening relaxation.

Inside, the open floor plan connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a great space for gathering. The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 beds, a foldaway cot with a twin mattress, and a blow-up mattress. High-speed internet, a well-equipped kitchen, and premium cable TV are all included for your convenience.

We welcome children and up to 2 well-behaved pets per reservation.

FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS: Due to steep hills in the neighborhood and possible snow, 4x4/AWD vehicles or tire chains are highly recommended in winter.

There are two steps leading into the home. We have a gravel driveway that can accommodate 2 vehicles off-street. Street parking is allowed most of the year. No street parking is permitted from November to February, for snow removal.

25 miles from Snowbowl, where one can enjoy the breathtaking views by taking the chairlift to the top of the San Francisco Peaks in the summer, and skiing/snowboarding in the winter.

30 miles from Sedona with amazing dining and hiking.

90 miles from one of the world's natural wonders, the Grand Canyon.

40 miles from the town of Williams with attractions such as Bearizona, Polar Express, and excellent dining options.

Fun getaway!

Nice quiet area and friendly house layout. Neighborhood was very dog friendly and had some horses we would stroll by to see. Not far drives to get to anywhere that has more activities. Loved this place!

A great stay!

This Flagstaff rental is centrally located to everywhere you need to be! We loved the quiet neighborhood, the accommodations were very nice, too. It was super pet friendly for our Corgi mix. Next time we're in Flagstaff--which is once a year, usually--we plan on booking this house again!

Road trip

We had a quick weekend in Flagstaff and this little house was just perfect for us and the dogs. It’s well equipped with everything you need including cleanup bags for the pups. Trails are close by and the neighborhood was nice for evening walks.

Nice Rental House

It was impeccably clean, in a decent working class neighborhood. Houses close together with dogs, kids. Nice skylights, enclosed back yard. With a few simple upgrades house could be stellar.

Flagstaff Get Away

While we had to cut our stay very short, due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we did enjoy the time we spent at the house and know it would have allowed us to have a very enjoyable few days. The house was clean and comfortable and we very much appreciated that the hosts/home are so dog friendly. Our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed exploring and having freedom in the back yard. We hope to be able to come back at another time and thoroughly enjoy all the house/location has to offer.

Summer Break from Phoenix

This was a nice place to spend the week with my two chihuahua mixes. I live in Phoenix and it was wonderful to escape the heat. I had to bring my dogs in a few times when they joined in with the chorus of backyard neighborhood dogs starting to bark. Lots of doggos in the neighborhood! It was very clean and plenty big for the three of us. Very cute foresty area.

Wonderful

The house and property were perfect for us.. we were in town for our daughters wedding.. able to bring our dogs, have room for the family that stayed over, and also enough room to host impromptu little family reunion.. less then 5 mins from venue so able to return quickly when something forgotten.. super clean and well stocked with kitchen needs.. thank you again for making accommodations stress free during a very stressful weekend..

Comfortable cottage home

The house was very nice, comfortable beds & kitchen had every kitchen tool needed to cook up your meals. As seniors we had trouble with the steps leading down into the back yard. Risers are too high & unstable. We could have used hand rails. But, we're old & we made it work! We did enjoy our stay. Thank you.

Lovely home

The property is an adorable small house in a nice neighborhood. All the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The place is immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard is very nice as well. There is a big doggie door for our dogs. I was ready just to move in! I would definitely stay again.The only issue at all is the step up to the front porch; it is tricky for us seniors to navigate without a railing or post or something to hold onto. We used the gate and steps at the side. We could not have been happier with every part of our rental. dogscubackwbbackyard

Perfect dog-friendly getaway

The host was wonderfully responsive and was so helpful with my questions before booking and during our stay. It was convenient to have signs throughout the house with instructions and tips. We really appreciated small things like having emergency vet information in case something happened to our dog, plenty of games, a large dog door, and a well stocked kitchen with many small appliances and utensils. The property was easy to locate and it was nice to have the door code provided well ahead of arrival. In other VBROs, I have been standing in the cold while trying to contact the owner. The beds are comfortable and plenty of space in each room for belongings. We really appreciated the laundry soap and dryer sheets for a load of laundry. We also liked the guest book with pet names! The backyard was spacious. We will certainly be back w our pet! Thanks again!

Great weekend getaway for Lake Mary Triathlon!

My husband was racing in the annual Lake Mary Triathlon this year once again, and instead of staying at a pet-friendly hotel that we normally stay at, we decided to try renting a dog-friendly VRBO instead. After staying here, we plan to now do this EVERY year! It was awesome. Easy drive to the lake for packet pick-up and the race itself, quick access to downtown Flagstaff, fenced in backyard so we could let our pup use the bathroom off-leash, clean and comfortable interior, comfortable mattress, and stocked kitchen. The coffee pot is really slow, so I would suggest that it be replaced sometime soon. And while the neighborhood was awesome to walk around in, it was a little loud over the weekend. Lots of barking dogs in the nearby houses and other residents working on projects in their driveway. But those two things didn't affect our experience at all. We even got some beautiful rain on the last night and it was awesome to experience with the skylights in this house! We would definitely recommend this place to rent and stay at when you are visiting Flagstaff!

Beautiful Pines

Very well supplied kitchen which was sparkling clean! Comfy couches and huge TV. We enjoyed our stay and our senior dogs loved sniffing the backyard. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues not ADA. Our adult sons had a great time too.
