Located on the historic Old Route 66 it's an easy drive or Uber/Lyft ride to most Flagstaff attractions such as The Lowell Observatory (where Pluto was discovered), The Orpheum Theater, and Northern Arizona University (NAU). This brand new construction comfortable 3 story townhome includes a bunk room with 4 full sized twin XL beds, a room with a queen bed, a master suite with king bed, and a bonus room with a twin bed that pulls out into a double twin. A large kitchen fully stocked with kitchenware for making meals at home and an electric fireplace to help keep cozy on cold nights are all part of the experience while staying at this Railroad Springs home. In the hot summer days, this property does feature central air conditioning unlike many Flagstaff properties ***A/C is available when daytime temperatures are above 70F degrees (14C) - generally Memorial Day to Labor Day

Hiking Flagstaff trip

The apt was very nice, has more than enough beds for our group! The location is close to supermarket and restaurant. We had a little problem with the door code and the owner was very helpful. We definitely will rent this apt again!

Comfy and close to all the happenings!

Everything was wonderful from the cleanliness to interactions either the property manager. Location was perfect for what we needed since we were in Flagstaff for the graduation festivities!

Spring Break

Great location for our family vacation. Easy access to Sedona, Flagstaff, and Grand Canyon. The house listing was accurate and worked great for the 7 of us. The house could’ve been cleaner though. Host response to a couple of issues was very good.

Great place!

Our blended family came for a long weekend to see the south rim of the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff area sites. This was a wonderful, comfortable place to return to in the evening after walking around all day. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful House

Great place to stay!

This home was perfect for our visit to Flagstaff. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and were very comfortable. The host was great and responsive to any questions we had about the property. We made meals at the house and had all the cooking items needed right at the house. It was a great visit.

Convenient Stay in Flagstaff, AZ

My family and our friends needed a nice convenient location to stay as we travelled through Flagstaff, AZ. The location to explore downtown Flagstaff as well as the hiking areas in the mountains was perfect. The townhouse is very well maintained and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Great launchpad for Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest

Our family enjoyed the stay in this Flagstaff home. The home was clean and having four bedrooms was excellent for our family of 6. There is a little bit of road noise from time to time but overall was not too bad. Would stay again!

Very nice property

Very nice property close to most activities in Flagstaff. Three floors of stairs were a minor issue for the older folks in our group, but all worked out well, regardless. Had several folks staying in a local campground, too, and property had a big enough kitchen and seating on the second floor to feed us all.

Girls Trip

Myself and 4 of my friends came up to Flagstaff to hike Mt Humphreys. This condo was the perfect place to stay! It had plenty of beds and bathrooms and room for us all the relax! Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were all so comfy. Phil was great to work with and fast to respond when I had a question. We would all totally stay here again!

Quick visit after seeing the Grand Canyon

My family and I stayed here for two nights after enjoying the Grand Canyon the days before. It was great to have a washer and dryer to catch up on our dirty clothes. The location was close to Bearizona and the deer farm, which we visited as well. Plenty of sleeping space for our seven-member family. Overall, ann enjoyable stay.

Great location and very clean

Clean, spacious, very well maintained, AC, great location, and very well equipped. The only recommendation is that be sure to have communication with the manager about the entry code number at list half hour before your arrival. Vrbo help us with that, great costumer service, and, later the manager communicated with us as well.

Great experience

Property was easy to get to and close by downtown. The house was clean with plenty of room. Perfect amount of bedrooms and beds for us. Be aware there are a lot of stairs, not an issue for us, but my mother in law had a hard time.
