Downtown House with NEW Game Room!

This custom home was completed on August 2017.

Our house on Forest View Drive is conveniently located within the downtown area and is a 3 minute drive to the heart of the city (also within walking distance). This home has three bedrooms, 2 baths, and has amazing views of the San Francisco Peaks! This home will comfortably accommodate 8 and is perfect for all types of travelers. Home has a hot tub in the backyard, plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the views, and is close to most of the tourist attractions in Flagstaff.
The North Pole Experience is 1.8 miles, 8 miles to Snowbowl, 10 Minutes to NAU, 45 mins to Sedona, 1.5 hours to Grand Canyon, and a 3 min drive downtown. For visiting doctors in the area, we are .8 miles to Flagstaff Medical Center. This house is also .5 miles to the grocery store, Starbucks, and local restaurants. For those of you with trailers for horses or toys, we have a very open street and are welcome to park at your leisure!

Worried about travel in these challenging times? Our home is professionally cleaned between guests to make sure the home is safe and comfortable for all of those staying.

Does your group enjoy relaxing and enjoying movies and sports on TV's? We have 3 flat screen TV's for all of your relaxing, including Netflix and other streaming services, along with upgraded sound in our living room and garage!

With this home being right next to our other home(#7600323), you have the option to have a large family reunion or company retreat. Please reach out us for availability. The homes together will have occupancy of around 18 people with only a 10 foot path between the 2 homes!

Amazing place in Flagstaff

This home has a terrific setup and our family enjoyed the open living space, game room and location, and our hosts were excellent with communication. The front deck was gorgeous for morning coffee!

Just Perfect

Great Base Camp

This cozy place in Flagstaff is the perfect base camp for all your N Arizona adventures. We went to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and Monument Valley while we there. The hot tub and garage game room were a great respite after a long day of hiking and exploring. Chris is a great host with a great place.

Great house in great neighborhood

Flagstaff Getaway

We really enjoy the home, the hot tub, the beds were super comfortable, they had a well stocked kitchen, great front balcony. The kids loved the game basement/garage! It has a great location, love the view of the forest from the back patio.

The game room and hot tub were great!

My family of four stayed this weekend. The hot tub worked very well and even though there were neighbors - it still felt private. We played lots of games at their huge kitchen table, and the game room in the garage was great for the teens. They played basketball “horse.” Chris was also very responsive and friendly

Wonderful stay in downtown Flagstaff

This place was prefect for our family of three and two dogs. The place was clean and well stocked. The backyard was secure for the dogs. The location was great as well, very close to downtown but on quiet road. The game room in the garage was a bonus. We had fun playing basketball in the evenings.

Flagstaff Getaway

This was a very nice place to stay, and we were able to bring our dog as well. Beautiful scenery in front and back, very comfortable bed (at least in the master bedroom, that’s the only one we used). Very close to the downtown Flagstaff area, which was so much fun! We even did a day trip to the Grand Canyon and were back in time to get a delicious dinner and enjoy the fireplace. All in all this was the perfect getaway for us. Oh yeah and there is an arcade game in the garage, local beers and golden tee for the win!

Post-Grand Canyon relax

After spending 4 days hiking at the Grand Canyon, my buddies and I were looking for a nice place to chill for a couple of days before heading back to civilization. This was the perfect spot! Clean. Convenient. And above all . . . a hot tub to soothe our aching joints!!!! Highly recommended!

Fantastic view, amenities and location!

What a beautiful, comfortable home! This was our first visit to Flagstaff, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the hot tub, comfy beds and sectional, and the unbeatable view. The location was just a quick drive from the quaint downtown area, where we enjoyed some of the many great restaurants. Highly recommend Shift and Dark Sky Brewery! You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into the guest experience, from plenty of towels and throw blankets, to game and toy collections for a variety of ages, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and well-kept, and Chris was a great communicator and easy to reach. We would love to come back — so much to see, and an easy drive to the Grand Canyon. We also came up from Phoenix through Sedona and highly recommend that drive — stunning mountain vistas! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Flagstaff, look no further.

Homebase for morning-after-wedding brunch

We spent a wonderful week here, exploring Flagstaff and celebrating a wedding. Hosted an open house gathering for wedding guests the day after, since everyone had to travel to Flagstaff for the event. Shout out to Biff’s Bagels! And BIG shout out to Chris, our VRBO host - always quick & helpful & friendly replies to my queries. The home was well laid out and appointed for hosting this gathering. The guests all raved about this home & it’s location. I hope we can return to FLG someday & definitely hope to rent here again. Thanks for all, Chris!

Very well done Vacation Rental

Myself and two sons, ages 10 and 14 in flagstaff for 4 nights. They garage converted to game room was a blast in the evenings, and was a highlight for all of us. We watched Monday night football and Movies, while playing Horse on the indoor hoop, or 80's Video games from my childhood. The upstairs has a great morning coffee deck, the beds were comfortable. They had every basic necessity. The TV's were equipped to log you off at the end of your stay. Their was a path about 100 feet away that takes you a quarter mile thru the woods and drops you off above downtown allowing us to walk to dinner. Super fun stay. Thanks Chris! The Johnsons

We had such a wonderful stay here during our weekend soccer tournament. The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and perfectly located with easy access to downtown Flagstaff. Our pets loved exploring the secure backyard, and we felt at ease knowing they had a safe space to roam. Evenings were especially enjoyable—while the kids had fun in the downstairs playroom, we relaxed on the patio and soaked in the peaceful atmosphere. We can’t wait to return!

Relaxing, beautiful home! We really enjoyed our short stay. The house was impeccable, the neighborhood is so nice and the driveway slope is no joke lol. Felt secluded but still very close to downtown and even walked around the neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed the trail and quiet roads. The game room is fun and such a nice touch.

Great Location- loved the hot tub
